Abstract : Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris
Pembelajaran dalam pengaturcaraan komputer melibatkan pembangunan kemahiran dengan memahami dan menggunakan konsep asas pengaturcaraan, merancang algoritma, menulis program, memahami sintaks serta logik program. Pelaksanaan integrasi teknologi dalam kursus pengaturcaraan berpotensi meningkatkan proses pengajaran dan pembelajaran dengan pelbagai cara. Integrasi teknologi bukan sahaja mendedahkan pelajar dengan perkembangan teknologi bagi menyokong bahan pembelajaran, bahkan menyediakan pelajar untuk bekerja pada abad ke-21 serta melibatkan kehidupan dengan peralatan yang membantu keberkesanan tugas penting. Kertas ini membincangkan model integrasi teknologi berpusatkan pelajar yang menjadi panduan dalam perlaksanaan integrasi teknologi dalam pembelajaran pengaturcaraan bermakna di peringkat pengajian tinggi. Kertas ini meninjau model pembelajaran dan teori berkaitan yang mendasari perlaksanaan integrasi teknologi dalam proses pengajaran dan pembelajaran. Sebagaimana teori pembelajaran yang menyediakan kerangka konseptual bagi menjelaskan corak pembelajaran yang membantu mencari penyelesaian bagi masalah pembelajaran, teori dalam integrasi teknologi turut bertujuan memandu pengguna untuk memperjelaskan persekitaran penting dalam perlaksanaannya. Perbincangan model integrasi teknologi berpusatkan pelajar ini bertujuan untuk memandu penyelidik menganalisis permasalahan pembelajaran berpusatkan pelajar secara mendalam dan menyusun strategi perlaksanaan integrasi teknologi yang berkesan.
