Abstract : Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris |
Tujuan kajian ini ialah untuk mengkaji amalan pengurusan sekolah dan tahap motivasi
guru sebagai perantara terhadap tahap penguasaan murid di kluster Sekolah Amanah di
Malaysia. Objektif kajian ini adalah untuk mengenal pasti pengaruh amalan pengurusan
berdasarkan Standard Amalan Sekolah Amanah terhadap motivasi guru dan tahap
penguasaan murid Sekolah Amanah. Reka bentuk kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan
kuantitatif menggunakan kaedah tinjauan. Seramai 209 guru dari 14 buah Sekolah
Amanah kohort 2016 seluruh Malaysia terlibat dalam kajian ini. Analisis Faktor
Penerokaan (EFA) digunakan untuk pengurangan data dan pengesanan struktur bagi
setiap pemboleh ubah. Perisian Partial Least Square- Structural Equation Modelling
(PLS- SEM) dan statistik deskriptif digunakan untuk menganalisis data kajian. Dapatan
kajian menunjukkan tahap pelaksanaan amalan pengurusan sekolah berdasarkan
Standard dan Amalan Sekolah Amanah berada pada tahap tinggi iaitu pada nilai purata
skor 4.25. Tahap penguasaan murid di Sekolah Amanah juga tinggi dengan nilai purata
skor 3.78. Sementara itu, tahap motivasi guru di Sekolah Amanah mencatat nilai purata
skor 4.17 iaitu pada tahap tinggi. Kajian turut mendapati bahawa amalan pengurusan
sekolah tidak mempengaruhi tahap penguasaan murid (Nilai β= 0.144, t= 1.441).
Walaubagaimanapun, amalan pengurusan mempunyai pengaruh yang kuat terhadap
motivasi guru di Sekolah Amanah (Nilai β= 0.747, t= 22.018). Motivasi guru juga
dibuktikan sebagai perantara antara amalan pengurusan sekolah dan tahap penguasaan
murid di Sekolah Amanah. Implikasi kajian menunjukkan bahawa peranan motivasi
adalah penting dalam menjayakan amalan pengurusan sekolah dalam meningkatkan
tahap penguasaan murid. Selain daripada itu, Standard Amalan Sekolah Amanah perlu
ditambah baik agar tahap penguasaan murid dapat ditingkatkan. Dapatan kajian ini turut
memberikan perspektif baharu dalam bidang pengurusan pendidikan yang menjurus
kepada amalan pengurusan di Sekolah Amanah. |
