Kajian sorotan sistematik literatur ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara kritikal dan sintesis tentang trend kajian yang berkaitan dengan penggunaan perisian GeoGebra dalam pembelajaran geometri. SCOPUS dan World of Science(WOS) merupakan pangkalan data yang digunakan untuk mencari artikel dari tahun 2018 hingga 2022. Kajian ini menggunakan Model PRISMA dalam penapisan artikel dan menggunakan Model Interaktif Miles and Huberman dalam menganalisis data. Dalam kedua-dua pangkalan data tersebut, hanya 20 artikel yang memenuhi kriteria kajian dan termasuk dalam analisis kajian ini. Antara sepuluh negara yang terlibat dalam penerbitan kajian penggunaan perisian GeoGebra dalam pembelajaran geometri, dapatan analisis menunjukkan negara Indonesia serta Afrika Selatan mencatat kekerapan penerbitan yang tertinggi. Bagi tahun penerbitan, tahun 2020 dan 2021 merupakan tahun yang mencatat bilangan penerbitan artikel kajian yang paling tinggi. Majoriti kajian menggunakan pendekatan penyelidikan jenis kuantitatif, reka bentuk kuasi-eksperimen serta kebanyakan sampel kajian adalah murid. Instrumen kajian seperti ujian menjadi pilihan utama bagi kebanyakan penyelidikan. Bagi analisis skop kajian, majoriti kajian menyelidik tentang kesan penggunaan perisian ini dan dapatan kajian menunjukkan penggunaan ini sememangnya berpengaruh positif terhadap proses pembelajaran dan pencapaian murid. Dapatan kajian juga menunjukkan amalan penggunaan perisian GeoGebra di kalangan guru masih belum terlaksana sepenuhnya akibat kompetensi terhadap teknologi dan pendedahan terhadap perisian tersebut masih terhad. Justeru diharapkan kajian lanjutan terhadap sorotan sistematik literatur tentang amalan penggunaan perisian GeoGebra dalam pembelajaran geometri boleh dikaji pada masa depan sebagai rujukan bagi guru matematik yang ingin mengimplementasikan penggunaan perisian GeoGebra dalam pembelajaran geometri.
