Artikel ini menyediakan ulasan berkaitan proses kesahan kandungan untuk konstruk dan item yang dimaksudkan dalam pengurusan pengetahuan organisasi pembelajaran di Malaysia. Ini bertujuan mengisi jurang akademik berkaitan konsep pengurusan pengetahuan organisasi,terutamanya dalam bidang pendidikan. Kajian ini dilaksanakan untuk menguji aspek kesahan kandungan instrumen pengukuran pengurusan pengetahuan organisasi menggunakan kaedah Nisbah Kesahan Kandungan (CVR). Ini bagi memastikan instrumen pengukuran adalah sesuai untuk digunakan dalam konteks pendidikan dan budaya tempatan. Kajian adalah berbentuk tinjauan soal selidik secara bertulis dan dalam talian. Lapan orang pakar dalam bidang kepimpinan pendidikan dipilih yang terdiri daripada lima orang pakar profesional dan tiga orang pakar lapangan yang masih aktif berkhidmat di Universiti Awam Malaysia dan Kementerian Pendidikan Malaysia. Proses kesahan instrumen melibatkan 32 item daripada empat konstruk. Daripada 32 item berkenaan, 16 item dikekalkan tanpa perubahan (N=8, CVRkritikal= 1.0), 8 item dengan nilai CVR (N=8, CVRkritikal = 0.75) ditambah baik dengan saranan pakar manakala 8 item dengan nilai CVR (N=8, CVRkritikal < 0.75) digugurkan. Dapatan kajian mendapati instrumen mempunyai kesahan kandungan yang baik dengan 24 item mencapai tahap minimum nilai CVR (N=8, CVRkritikal > 0.75). Item-item tersebut dikekalkan sebagai instrumen akhir untuk pengesahan selanjutnya di bawah empat dimensi pengurusan pengetahuan organisasi, iaitu: i) Peroleh Pengetahuan; ii) Kongsi Pengetahuan; iii) Aplikasi Pengetahuan; dan iv) Cipta Pengetahuan. Ulasan pakar mendapati instrumen adalah sesuai dan relevan serta mempunyai potensi untuk menjadi instrumen yang baik bagi mengukur pengurusan pengetahuan organisasi pembelajaran guru. Oleh itu, instrumen ini boleh digunakan untuk pengesahan selanjutnya.
