Abstract : Perpustakaan Tuanku Bainun |
Tujuan utama kajian ini adalah untuk mengenal pasti pengaruh antara amalan
Kepimpinan Lestari Guru Besar, Pengurusan Pengetahuan Organisasi dan Tingkah
Laku Inovatif Pengajaran Guru. Kajian ini turut mengkaji peranan amalan Pengurusan
Pengetahuan Organisasi sebagai mediator terhadap hubungan antara Kepimpinan
Lestari Guru Besar dan Tingkah Laku Inovatif Pengajaran Guru di sekolah rendah
Transformasi Sekolah 2025. Reka bentuk kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan
berbentuk kuantitatif dengan kaedah tinjauan melibatkan seramai 318 orang guru yang
berkhidmat di 30 buah sekolah rendah (TS25) kohort 1, 2 dan 3 di Negeri Pahang. Data
yang dikutip telah dianalisis secara deskriptif dan inferensi berbantukan perisian SPSSAmos.
Data kajian memenuhi syarat indeks kesepadanan yang ditetapkan dalam
konteks kajian ini (RMSEA=0.06, CFI=0.94, TLI=0.93, Chisq=2.28). Hasil kajian
menunjukkan wujud pengaruh yang signifikan antara amalan Kepimpinan Lestari Guru
Besar terhadap amalan Pengurusan Pengetahuan Organisasi (β=.69, p |
