Abstract : Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris |
Tujuan kajian ini adalah untuk menentukan tahap kepimpinan transformasi guru besar,
komitmen organisasi dan organisasi pembelajaran guru di sekolah yang mendapat anugerah
Tawaran Baru. Kajian ini juga bertujuan menetukan hubungan serta pengaruh
kepimpinan transformasi dan komitmen organisasi terhadap organisasi pembelajaran. Kajian ini
menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan kaedah tinjuan dalam mengumpul data. Seramai 317
orang responden daripada sekolah rendah di sembilan buah daerah di negeri Perak telah
dipilih dengan menggunakan kaedah persampelan rawak bersistematik. Data telah dianalisi secara
statistik deskriptif dan inferens. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan bahawa kepimpinan transformasi
(M =4.06, SD =0.126), komitmen organisasi (M=4.08, SD =0.202), dan organisasi pembelajaran
(M=4.06, SD=0.126) berada pada tahap tinggi. Hubungan antara kepimpinan
transformasi dengan komitmen organisasi adalah signifikan dan positif (r (317) = 0.624,
