Abstract : Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris |
Kajian ini bertujuan meneroka proses perkembangan psikologi pelajar Pendidikan Moral
dengan menggunakan teknik pembikinan filem pendek sebagai rangsangan pengajaran dan
pembelajaran Pendidikan Moral. Kajian kualitatif ini dijalankan dalam reka bentuk kajian
tindakan. Model kajian tindakan Zuber-Skerrit telah digunakan untuk melihat proses
perkembangan psikologi dari aspek sensitiviti moral, pertimbangan moral dan motivasi
moral murid-murid Pendidikan Moral tingkatan 4. Murid-murid terlibat dalam proses pembikinan
filem pendek iaitu membuat papan cerita, berlakon, menonton dan menganalisis filem.
Daripada tiga kelas pengajaran yang mempunyai 120 orang murid hanya seramai 18 orang murid telah
dipilih sebagai peserta kajian untuk mengumpul data dengan menggunakan teknik temu
bual, pemerhatian, catatan jurnal dan rakaman video. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan perisian
NVivo-12. Empat tema utama yang muncul hasil analisis data Braun dan Clarke adalah
sensitiviti moral iaitu empati, mentafsir perasaan orang lain, berpegang pada prinsip moral dan
pemahaman sebab dan akibat. Selain itu, pelajar mampu membuat pertimbangan moral mengikut
skema kepentingan peribadi, mengekalkan norma dan akur dengan prinsip kemoralan sejagat. Aspek
motivasi moral pula dapat dikenalpasti semasa peserta bertanggungjawab terhadap keputusan dan
tindakan yang diambil, komited terhadap prinsip-prinsip moral, mengutamakan nilai-nilai
moral berbanding kehendak lain, menolak elemen yang memberikan keuntungan peribadi dan
bertindak berdasarkan unsur moral dan etika. Kesimpulan dapatan kajian menunjukkan
teknik pembikinan filem pendek dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu kaedah pengajaran
Pendidikan Moral bagi mencungkil unsur-unsur psikologi moral. Implikasi kajian ini
memberikan input yang penting kepada guru dalam proses
pengajaran dan pembelajaran Pendidikan Moral yang lebih bermakna.
