Abstract : Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris |
Kajian ini bertujuan untuk membangunkan sebuah modul pengajaran kreatif mata
pelajaran kimia bagi tajuk Asid dan Bes yang dinamakan modul Pengajaran Kreatif Asid Bes
Pendidikan STEM (PKAB-STEM). Kajian ini adalah kajian reka bentuk dan pembangunan modul. Modul
PKAB-STEM dibangunkan berdasarkan Model Proses Kreatif Terarah yang melibatkan empat
strategi pengajaran dan pembelajaran iaitu konstruktivisme, inkuiri penemuan,
pembelajaran berasaskan masalah dan pembelajaran berasaskan projek. Modul ini boleh
digunakan dalam pengajaran dan pembelajaran kimia di sekolah menengah. Modul ini
dibangunkan dalam tiga peringkat berdasarkan model reka bentuk Hannafin dan Peck, iaitu
Fasa 1: analisis keperluan, Fasa 2: mereka bentuk dan Fasa 3: pembangunan dan
pelaksanaan. Penilaian dan penambahbaikan modul dijalankan secara berterusan semasa ketiga-tiga
fasa tersebut dilaksanakan. Seramai 30 orang guru dipilih secara rawak untuk menjawab
soal selidik bagi mengukur persepsi mereka terhadap modul yang dibina. Modul PKAB-STEM memperoleh
kesahan kandungan modul dengan pekali kesahan bernilai 0.95 manakala kebolehpercayaan modul
diukur melalui Cronbach Alpha bernilai 0.71. Data menunjukkan nilai min yang tinggi terhadap
modul PKAB-STEM dari aspek kandungan (M =4.46, SP = 0.51) dan format (M = 4.42, SP =
0.50). Kesimpulannya, modul PKAB-STEM ini adalah sah dan boleh dipercayai. Dari segi implikasi,
modul PKAB-STEM ini dijangka dapat membantu guru mempelbagaikan teknik pengajaran dan
mengaplikasikan STEM dalam pengajaran kimia di bilik
darjah.
