Abstract : Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris |
Kajian ini menentukan hubungan antara ciri sistem maklumat dan ciri organisasi
dengan kejayaan sistem maklumat (KS), serta membentuk Model Konseptual Penjajaran
antara Sistem Maklumat dengan Organisasi di Institusi Berteraskan Pendidikan (IS-Org
Fit Model). Kajian ini menggunakan gabungan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif.
Pendekatan kualitatif dengan kaedah temu bual digunakan untuk mendapat gambaran awal
tentang pelaksanaan sistem maklumat yang melibatkan 15 orang pegawai perkhidmatan
pendidikan di Perak. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan untuk membentuk dan menilai
IS-Org Fit Model. Bagi pembentukan model, borang soal selidik diedarkan kepada 375 orang
guru di 10 buah sekolah menengah di daerah Hulu Perak, Kuala Kangsar, Muallim, dan Kinta.
Sekolah-sekolah dipilih secara rawak kelompok. Bagi menilai model, enam orang pakar dalam
bidang sistem maklumat telah dikenal pasti. Data daripada borang soal selidik dianalisis dengan
menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan inferens. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan P&T-TF
(penjajaran antara ciri individu, ciri teknologi, ciri tugas yang dilakukan oleh individu, dan ciri
tugas yang dibekalkan oleh teknologi), ?= 0.25, ρ=.00 dan ISS-OMSF (penjajaran antara
strategi sistem maklumat dan strategi pengurusan organisasi), ?=0.59, ρ=.00,
merupakan peramal kepada KS, F(2,372)=309.37, ρ=.00 dan signifikan pada ρ |
