Abstract : Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris
Kajian  ini  bertujuan  untuk  menganggarkan  impak  sistem  transit  aliran  ringan  (light rail   transit  system-LRT)  ke  atas  harga  rumah  di  Lembah  Klang,  Malaysia.  Bagi mencapai  tujuan   tersebut,  kajian  ini  menggunakan  rekabentuk  kajian   kes   yang melibatkan laluan LRT Kelana  Jaya, Ampang dan Sri Petaling. Model harga hedonik dan  geographically  weighted  regression  (GWR)   digunakan  dalam  analisis.  Dapatan daripada model harga hedonik menunjukkan bahawa impak LRT ke  atas harga rumah adalah  signifikan  positif  dan  negatif  (p
