Abstract : Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris
Kajian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti tahap kepimpinan distributif guru besar, efikasi kolektif guru dan komitmen organisasi di sekolah kebangsaan di negeri Perak dan mengenal pasti hubungan serta pengaruh kepimpinan distributif terhadap efikasi kolektif guru dan komitmen organisasi. Reka bentuk penyelidikan kuantitatif dengan kaedah secara tinjauan digunakan. Tiga set soal selidik telah digunakan untuk mengukur kepimpinan distributif guru besar, efikasi kolektif guru dan komitmen organisasi. Sampel kajian ini melibatkan seramai 440 orang guru yang telah dipilih sebagai responden menggunakan persampelan rawak berstrata yang dibahagikan mengikut Pejabat Pendidikan Daerah. Data telah dianalisis secara statistik deskriptif dan inferensi. Dapatan kajian deskriptif mendapati bahawa tahap min untuk keseluruhan kepimpinan distributif, efikasi kolektif guru dan komitmen organisasi berada pada tahap tinggi iaitu dengan nilai min masing-masing 4.11, 4.06 dan 3.96. Dapatan analisis korelasi Pearson menunjukkan hubungan yang sederhana dan signifikan antara kepimpinan distributif dengan efikasi kolektif guru (r = .486) dan komitmen organisasi (r = .437). Berdasarkan dapatan analisis regresi berganda, didapati kepimpinan distributif turut memberi pengaruh terhadap efikasi kolektif guru dan komitmen organisasi (β = .506, sp = .203, p < .000, β = .407, sp= .156, p < .000). Implikasi kajian menunjukkan bahawa amalan kepimpinan distributif mampu untuk membangunkan kapasiti dan potensi guru melalui kerjasama secara koperatif dan kolaboratif yang turut mempengaruhi efikasi kolektif guru dan komitmen organisasi. Justeru itu, setiap dimensi di dalam amalan kepimpinan distributif perlu diterapkan kepada pemimpin sekolah untuk memastikan keberkesanan aspek kepimpinan di sekolah.
