Abstract : Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris
Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji hubungan antara sistem pengukuran prestasi kontemporari, komitmen terhadap organisasi, ciri-ciri pengurusan dan prestasi pengurusan koperasi di Malaysia. Dengan menggunakan reka bentuk penyelidikan kuantitatif yang menggunakan kaedah tinjauan kaji selidik secara keratan rentas, seramai 395 orang pengurusan koperasi dalam kalangan 100 koperasi terbaik di seluruh Malaysia telah dipilih sebagai responden kajian dengan menggunakan teknik persampelan rawak. Set soal selidik yang digunakan dalam kajian ini telah mendapat kesahan pandangan pakar dan melalui fasa kajian rintis. Pra analisis data dilaksanakan untuk memastikan set data dimasukkan dengan betul, mengatasi masalah unsur luaran dan meminimumkan kesilapan. Statistik deskriptif seperti kekerapan, min dan sisihan piawai, serta statistik inferensi seperti Partial Least Squares Pemodelan Persamaan Berstruktur (PLS-SEM) digunakan untuk menganalisis data kuantitatif. Teknik PLS-SEM ini digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis berkaitan hubungan langsung, kesan pengantara dan kesan penyederhana yang terlibat. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan sistem pengukuran prestasi kontemporari dan komitmen terhadap organisasi masing-masing memberi kesan positif kepada prestasi pengurusan koperasi (β = 0.088, p
