Abstract : Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris
Objektif kajian ini adalah untuk mengenal pasti tahap dan mengkaji pengaruh pengetahuan, sikap, tingkah laku, norma subjektif dan kesedaran terhadap amalan kelestarian pendidikan fesyen bagi menangani isu amalan kelestarian dalam kalangan pelajar seni reka fesyen kolej vokasional Malaysia. Teori Norma pengaktifan (NAT), model Penggunaan tekstil dan pakaian persekitaran lestari (ESTA), model Tingkah laku bertanggungjawab terhadap alam sekitar (PEB) dan model Sistem perubahan tingkah laku (KAP) menjadi sandaran kajian ini. Reka bentuk tinjauan keratan rentas kuantitatif dipilih untuk menjawab empat persoalan dan lima hipotesis dengan menggunakan teknik persampelan rawak strata dan rawak bertujuan terhadap 330 daripada 1141 populasi pelajar seni reka fesyen. IBM SPSS dan Model Persamaaan Berstruktur (SEM) digunakan bagi mengenal pasti tahap dan mengkaji pengaruh antara lima pemboleh ubah bersandar terhadap amalan kelestarian pendidikan fesyen dengan menggunakan instrumen soal selidik. Penemuan menunjukkan tahap tinggi dalam konstruk pengetahuan (M=3.77, SD=0.71), sikap (M=3.93, SD=0.67), tingkah laku (M=3.85, SD=0.73), norma subjektif (M=3.85, SD=0.83), kesedaran (M=4.00, SD=0.78) dan amalan kelestarian pendidikan fesyen (M=3.88, SD=0.66). Terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara pengetahuan (β=-0.22, t=-4.046, p=0.001), sikap (β=0.18, t=2.704, p=0.001), tingkah laku (β=0.47, t=5.395, p=0.007), norma subjektif (β=0.18, t=2.858, p=0.004) dan kesedaran (β=0.34, t=4.854, p=0.001) terhadap amalan kelestarian pendidikan fesyen. Kesemua konstruk menyumbang sebanyak 87% terhadap amalan kelestarian pendidikan fesyen. Kesimpulannya, pengetahuan, sikap, tingkah laku, norma subjektif dan kesedaran memberi pengaruh yang kuat dan dapat meramal amalan kelestarian pendidikan fesyen dalam kalangan pelajar seni reka fesyen di kolej vokasional. Implikasinya, kajian ini menyumbang kepada Bahagian Pendidikan Latihan Teknik dan Vokasional (BPLTV) sebagai panduan penerapan elemen kelestarian dalam kandungan kurikulum seni reka fesyen dan sebagai sumber rujukan baharu dalam badan ilmu pendidikan fesyen kolej vokasional. Disarankan, penyelidikan masa hadapan menggunakan kaedah tinjauan eksperimen agar kesan dan akibat sebenar dapat dilihat terhadap faktor-faktor peramal amalan kelestarian pendidikan fesyen dalam kalangan pelajar.
