Tujuan utama kajian ini adalah untuk mengenal pasti hubungan pembelajaran tempat kerja dengan kepimpinan lestari guru. Selain itu, kajian ini turut meninjau tahap amalan pembelajaran formal, pembelajaran informal, dan pembelajaran sampingan dan tahap amalan kepimpinan lestari guru. Reka bentuk kajian kuantitatif ini melibatkan seramai 375 sampel dari 40 buah sekolah menengah di negeri Perak yang dipilih secara rawak berstrata dan rawak sistematik. Nilai Alpha Cronbach instrumen pemboleh ubah pembelajaran tempat kerja ialah .934, manakala bagi kepimpinan lestari ialah .955. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan inferensi. Keseluruhannya, dapatan tahap pembelajaran tempat kerja guru berada pada tahap sederhana dengan nilai min=3.64, SP=0.517. Selain itu, tahap kepimpinan lestari guru adalah pada tahap tinggi dengan nilai min=4.03, SP=0.425. Terdapat hubungan positif signifikan antara pembelajaran tempat kerja dengan kepimpinan lestari guru dengan nilai r=0.648 (p
