Abstract : Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris
The intentionality still raises many problems, visions and different approaches, due to the issues it raised and continues to raise, whether it is in the philosophical thought that is the basis for its emergence, or in the fields that invested this philosophical concept that was elaborated by (Edmund Husserl (1859-1938) in his phenomenological approach, as intentional theory forms the basis for him. Language is considered a social institution in what is basically a process of humility among humans, whose main goal is the process of communication and facilitating it, and perhaps language is the most symbolic system used among humans in the process of communication, as it is a being through which we can communicate with others, and influence them, whether emotional or not. And we find that (Taha Abd al-Rahman)ُ confirmsُ thisُ byُ saying:ُ “Theُ originُ inُ speechُ isُ intent”ُ (Al-Rahman, 1998, p.103). The language is not only verbal, but also indicative. From this saying the sign language appeared to us, and this language is often used To direct some animals such as (horse, dog, dolphin ... etc.), and the strange thing is that the signal has an effect like the spoken language, so it is not surprising that we find a relationship between humans and animals and know one another, and who follows the dolphins senses that feeling, they make sounds and know Some animals, and the strange thing is that if some animals lose their hearing, they die.
