Abstrak: Pandemik COVID-19 memberi banyak kesan kepada prestasi guru, terutamanya semasa mereka mula mengajar dari rumah. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji hubungan antara motivasi kerja dan orientasi keusahawanan ke arah prestasi kerja guru dalam kalangan guru sekolah Tamil. Kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik persampelan bertujuan telah digunakan untuk mengumpul data daripada 214 orang responden dari sekolah Tamil di Malaysia. Soal selidik dalam talian digunakan sebagai instrumen penyelidikan. Data dianalisis menggunakan PLS-SEM dengan menggunakan perisian SmartPLS 4.0. This study aims to examine the development and effectiveness of illustrated dictionary in Trigonometry towards grade ten students’ performance and motivation. The pre-test and post-test non-equivalent control group quasiexperimental design was used. The selection of samples was conducted by cluster probability sampling from two out of 4 campuses of Sharjah American International Schools (SAIS) involving 60 students. The samples were divided equally into control and treatment groups of 30 students each. A three-week intervention was carried out. A set of pre-test and post-test on trigonometry were used. A motivation questionnaire was given to the treatment group only. A descriptive analysis was used to describe the students’ performance on the topic, while an independent t-test was used to determine the differences between the two teaching strategies. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk memahami respons netizen di Malaysia terhadap golongan mak nyah di ruang maya. Dengan menggunakan reka bentuk kualitatif melalui kaedah netnografi, kajian ini mendapatkan data dari platform media sosial yang dimiliki oleh empat orang mak nyah. Sejumlah 3086 komen netizen telah diperoleh daripada 38 paparan yang dikongsikan oleh mak nyah. Komen tersebut seterusnya dianalisis dengan menggunakan perisian ATLAS.ti dan telah menghasilkan tiga tema utama. Pertama, netizen mengiktiraf identiti gender mak nyah sama ada sebagai seorang lelaki, pondan atau wanita. The objective of this study is to examine the effect of smart learning environment (SLE) on behavioral intention (IUSL) in UAE education. Besides, this study also aimed to test the mediation effect of perceived usefulness (PU) and perceived ease of use (PEOU) in the relationship between SLE and IUSL in UAE education. This study applied a quantitative research approach. The questionnaires were used for data collection. The respondents were chosen by using a simple random sampling technique, which comprised students from UAE secondary schools. Data analysis was performed on the 387 valid questionnaires by using exploratory factor analysis (EFA), confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), and structural equation modelling (SEM). The findings revealed that 68% (R2 =0.68) variation in IUSL is explained by SLE, PU and PEOU. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk meneroka pendekatan Terapi Realiti dalam menangani salah laku seksual di Pusat Perlindungan Wanita di Selangor. Manakala objektif khusus kajian ini ialah meneroka aspek psikologi, aplikasi Terapi Realiti, perancangan peserta kajian, dan refleksi peserta kajian terhadap proses kaunseling. Kajian ini menggunakan reka bentuk kaedah kajian kes yang melibatkan tujuh subjek kajian secara teknik pensampelan bertujuan. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah menggunakan teknik temu bual, analisis dokumen dan pemerhatian. Lokasi kajian adalah di Pusat Perlindungan Wanita. Data dianalisis menggunakan kaedah analisis tematik. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan bahawa aspek psikologi remaja yang diperlukan adalah kasih sayang, keseronokan, kebebasan, kelangsungan hidup dan yang kurang diperlukan adalah kuasa. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengenal pasti hubungan antara persekitaran keluarga, konsep kendiri dan personaliti dengan pencapaian akademik dalam kalangan pelajar sekolah menengah harian khususnya di Tanah Rancangan FELDA. Seramai 400 orang pelajar dipilih berdasarkan kaedah persampelan rawak berkelompok di 23 buah sekolah menengah harian di Tanah Rancangan FELDA seluruh Malaysia. Kajian rintis dijalankan untuk melihat kebolehpercayaan dan kesesuaian soal selidik. Manakala Alpha Cronbach digunakan untuk mengukur kebolehpercayaan soal selidik. Nowadays, various Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) technologies flow into the vehicle, increasing the complexity of HVI. Meanwhile, drivers’ recognition load increase significantly, and distraction is caused. There is still a theoretical research gap in accepting and adopting MHVI in China. This study aims to design an MHVI with better effectiveness, efficiency, and less TEORT; exploring an evaluation model for MHVI to obtain more precise evaluation results; and discuss the predictors and determinants that influence the acceptance of MHVI. This study adopts the Design and Development Research (DDR) with a description of the background and objectives, a literature review, and an interview with 30 experts for designing MHV.
