An analysis of voice-controller’s implementation in teaching DLP form-one Mathematics: a case study

This case study aims to analyze voice-controller (VC)’s implementation of five, national-type secondary schools, Kinta Utara, Ipoh, Perak, teachers in teaching mathematics form-one (T1) Dual Language Programme (DLP). VC consists of three elements: sound level and voice level practice (SL-VL-P); marker and voice level practice (M-VL-P); and activity and voice level practice (A-VL-P). Students’ voice level barrier disturbs teaching and learning. Teacher should control students’ voice level. This study contributes an alternative classroom control strategy for teachers and reflection to Secondary School Standard Curriculum planner about learning and facilitating’s situation in school from communication perspective. Pembelajaran teradun merupakan salah satu pendekatan yang efektif dalam tempoh pandemik COVID-19. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji kompetensi penggunaan kaedah pembelajaran teradun menggunakan Google Classroom dalam pembelajaran dan pemudahcaraan (PdPc) dengan mengenal pasti sikap murid-murid dalam pembelajaran teradun. Selain itu, kajian ini juga mengkaji tahap permahaman Google Classroom dalam kalangan guru-guru serta kompentensi mereka dalam penggunaan Google Classroom sebagai medium pembelajaran teradun. Kajian ini menggunakan kaedah kuantitatif berbentuk tinjauan. Sampel kajian terdiri daripada 120 orang guruguru dan 80 murid sekolah-sekolah Jenis Kebangsaan Tamil di daerah Jasin. Hubungan kepimpinan guru dengan pengurusan pelantar pembelajaran DELIMa dalam kalangan guru sekolah menengah Kinta Utara

Kajian ini bertujuan mengkaji hubungan kepimpinan guru dengan pengurusan pelantar pembelajaran Digital Educational Learning Initiative Malaysia (DELIMa) dalam kalangan guru Sekolah Menengah Kinta Utara. Pendekatan kuantitatif dengan reka bentuk tinjauan digunakan dalam kajian ini. Kajian ini mengadaptasi dua instrumen daripada Teacher Leadership Self-Assessment (TLSA) untuk mengukur tahap kepimpinan guru dan item-item pengurusan teknologi kajian-kajian lepas. Pemilihan sekolah dijalankan secara pensampelan sistematik yang mana 20 buah sekolah menengah kebangsaan telah dipilih di daerah Kinta Utara, Perak. Kaedah pensampelan rawak sistematik pula digunakan untuk memilih sampel seramai 346 orang guru. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan inferensi menggunakan perisian SPSS. Hubungan antara sikap, minat dan gaya pembelajaran terhadap pembelajaran Jawi murid sekolah rendah di Hulu Selangor

Kajian ini bertujuan untuk menilai hubungan di antara sikap, minat dan gaya pembelajaran murid Tahun lima terhadap pembelajaran jawi di Daerah Hulu Selangor. Kajian ini menggunakan kaedah Kuantitatif secara tinjauan untuk mengenalpasti gaya belajar, sikap dan minat murid semasa pembelajaran Jawi. Instrumen kajian yang digunakan ialah soal selidik yang terdiri daripada empat bahagian iaitu bahagian A merangkumi maklumat diri murid. Manakala bahagian B pula merangkumi 37 item soalan berkaitan dengan gaya pembelajaran. Bahagian C pula merupakan 10 item soalan berkaitan dengan sikap terhadap pembelajaran jawi dan bahagian D terdiri daripada tujuh item soalan yang berkaitan minat murid terhadap pembelajaran jawi. Examining the factors affecting social media adoption in higher education is still in short supply. These factors fluctuate from one study to the other due to variations in characteristics, including settings, participants, and infrastructure. Thus, it can be argued that there is a need for a comprehensive model that could measure the students’ adoption of social media under any situation regardless of the characteristics above. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk menilai pelaksanaan program STEM guru Sains dan Matematik sekolah rendah di negeri Perak berdasarkan Model Penilaian CIPP (Konteks, Input, Proses dan Produk) yang diasaskan oleh Stufflebeam, D.L. Kajian ini adalah berbentuk kuantitatif. Pemilihan sampel kajian adalah menggunakan kaedah persampelan rawak berstrata yang melibatkan seramai 300 orang guru STEM sekolah rendah dari 10 daerah di negeri Perak. Satu set instrumen soal selidik digunakan sebagai instrumen kajian untuk mendapatkan data. Data yang dikumpul dianalisis menggunakan kedua-dua cara deskriptif dan inferens. Dapatan menunjukkan keseluruhan min konteks 3.46 (SP=1.07), keseluruhan min input 3.76 (SP=1.11), keseluruhan min proses 4.04 (SP=1.02) dan keseluruhan min produk 3.80 (SP=1.06). A competency model for primary school teachers implementing authentic learning approach was developed through this study. This study had identified and evaluated the effects of mediator variables and moderator variables on the study constructs. The research design is mixed method approach. In total there are five objectives to be achieved in this study. Constructs and research instruments were constructed based on a review of the literature on previous competency theories and models, the results of the analysis of focus group interviews and expert panel evaluation. The developed instrument was used for data collection from primary school teachers in Perak (n = 565) with a response rate of 52 %. Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) statistical testing through IBM SPSS Amos software was used to analyse the main statistics of this study to obtain parameter estimates and model testing which in turn will produce a proposed model that meets the specified fit index.
