The purpose of this study is to determine the sensitivity of a potential to strain measure to acute training load accumulated over the weeks, during a competitive period among Malaysia Rugby (MR) players. Twenty-eight (n=28) elite Malaysia Rugby 15's players completed eight-weeks training program [six weeks of intensive training (IT) and two weeks of reduced training (RT)]. During the process, Bronco speed-endurance test were administered at before (TO), after (T1), and after the RT (T2) phase. The session’s Rating of Perceived Exertion (SRPE) was used to quantify the perceived training load and strain during each training session. Wellness questionnaire was used to determine player's daily wellness level. Results showed that higher Acute-Chronic Workload Ratio (ACWR) during first and second week of training, and slightly reduced before entering pre competition phase and its followings week (competition phase). The objective of this research is to study the understanding and practices of Mathematics teachers on the application of 21st century learning in high schools in Miri, Sarawak. By using a quantitative approach, a questionnaire instrument was constructed and adapted from previous studies that focused on Mathematics teachers in Miri secondary schools as a sample of this study. The research outcome showed that Mathematics teachers have a high level of knowledge in 21st century learning. The application of 21st century learning for cognitive aspect, affective and psychomotor is at a moderate-high level. The statistical analysis one-way ANOVA shows that teachers' understanding of 21st century learning based on teacher's age was found to be insignificant at the value of F (df = 3, 90) = 1.060, p> 0.05 while for teachers' understanding of 21st century learning based on teachers' experience in teaching Mathematics was also not significant at F (df = 4, 89) = 1.931, p> 0.05. Since the turn of the 21st century, recent research has demonstrated that adventurebased programs are linked to positive psychological outcomes, including mental toughness. However, there are very limited studies conducted on how to design a specific instrument and model of the adventure-based mental toughness program. There are three primary objectives of study as follows: 1) determine whether there is a significant need to develop an Adventure-based Mental Toughness Inventory (AbMTI); 2) to validate the consensus on the development of AbMTI; and 3) to validate the AbMTI and Adventure-based Mental Toughness Model (AbMTM). Kajian ini bertujuan untuk reka bentuk dan membangunkan modul pentaksiran Pendidikan Kesihatan bagi guru tahun satu untuk melaksanakan Pentaksiran Bilik Darjah. Metodologi Reka Bentuk dan Pembangunan (DDR) telah digunakan dalam kajian. Metodologi tersebut mempunyai empat fasa. The two main purposes of the present study were to explore the gadget landscape in Malaysian households and to examine the relationship between gadget use and psychosocial status in pre-schoolers. The sample of the current study consists of 234 parent-child dyads of pre-schoolers aged five and six. Most parents in the study are Malays, married and living in urban regions (e.g. Kuala Lumpur, Sepang & Melaka Tengah). Next, most of the raters are mothers (74.4%). Kajian ini dijalankan bertujuan untuk mengenal pasti tahap penerimaan murid dalam aspek minat dan motivasi serta mengkaji hubungan di antara penerimaan minat dan motivasi murid terhadap pembelajaran menggunakan permainan DaMath bagi tajuk Operasi Asas Aritmetik Nombor Integer. Populasi kajian adalah murid tingkatan satu di sebuah sekolah di daerah Petaling Perdana, Selangor dan melibatkan seramai 233 orang murid yang dipilih secara rawak berkelompok sebagai responden kajian. Kajian ini menggunakan borang soal selidik sebagai instrumen kajian. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif melibatkan nilai min dan sisihan piawai. Hasil kajian mendapati nilai min bagi penerimaan murid daripada aspek minat terhadap pembelajaran berasaskan permainan DaMath adalah sebanyak 2.4040 manakala nilai min bagi penerimaan murid dari aspek motivasi adalah sebanyak 2.4059. Kajian ini adalah berkenaan literatur bagi pelaksanaan Kaedah Pendaraban Cepat dalam topik Pendaraban terhadap minat dan tahap pencapaian murid tahun Empat. Kaedah Pendaraban Cepat merupakan satu kaedah yang merangsang murid untuk membuat pengiraan mental. The main objective of this research was to examine the development of the Malaysian youth athletes in the national sports schools. Athletes (n=117) from eight sports (squash, archery, athletics, fencing, swimming, netball, hockey, volleyball) participated in the study. The first study examined the athletes practice history prior being selected into the institutions. Data on sport specific milestones, type and amount of practice engaged and involvement in other sports were obtained using the Athlete Developmental Pathway Questionnaire.
