Kajian ini bertujuan membangunkan model pengurusan pentaksiran kanak-kanak di tadika dan prasekolah. Objektif kajian ini adalah untuk mengenal pasti elemen pengurusan pentaksiran dan meningkatkan kualiti pentaksiran bagi mengesan perkembangan kanak-kanak pada peringkat tadika dan prasekolah. Data kajian ini dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan Interpretive Structural Modelling (ISM). Seramai 12 orang pakar pendidikan awal kanak-kanak dalam bidang pentaksiran dan penilaian dilibatkan untuk mengenal pasti dan mengesahkan elemen pengurusan pentaksiran kanak-kanak prasekolah yang bersesuaian. Pendekatan ISM diaplikasikan untuk membangun model dan memetakan hubungan antara elemen yang dikenal pasti dalam model pengurusan pentaksiran kanak-kanak prasekolah. Kajian ini bertujuan mendapatkan kesepakatan pakar tentang komponen dan ujian bagi reka bentuk dan pembangunan kerangka penilaian kecergasan fizikal berasaskan kesihatan kanak kanak prasekolah Malaysia. Pembangunan kerangka penilaian ini menggunakan kaedah Fuzzy Delphi. Borang soal selidik diedarkan kepada sejumlah 17 orang sampel yang terlibat sebagai pakar bidang dalam proses reka bentuk dan pembangunan. Borang soal selidik komponen kecergasan mengandungi enam bahagian, iaitu: (1) maklumat demografi; (2) komponen komposisi badan; (3) komponen daya tahan kardiovaskular; (4) komponen daya tahan otot tangan; (5) komponen kekuatan otot kaki; dan (6) komponen fleksibiliti. Kelangsungan hidup sesuatu masyarakat sangat bergantung kepada kesediaan setiap anggota untuk memikul tanggungjawab dan menyedari setiap seorang mempunyai peranan yang saling melengkapi. Pendidikan seringkali dikaitkan sebagai senjata paling ampuh untuk menangani masalah kemiskinan. Jika individu dewasa dan berkeluarga tidak mampu berhadapan dengan tekanan kemiskinan, bagaimana pula kanak-kanak yang hidup dalam persekitaran serba kekurangan? Objektif kajian ini adalah untuk meninjau perlaksanaan program sokongan akademik di Rumah Kebajikan Kanak-Kanak(Persendirian/Berkediaman) serta menilai keupayaan institusi untuk merancang program sedemikian. China entered the baby boom era with the announcement of Second Child Policy in 2015, this has led to increase of child birth rate and subsequently a growing shortage of preschool teachers. To solve this issue, Chinese State Council drafted the policy proposal on training of cross-disciplinary talents in higher education allowing people with different bachelor degree to become preschool teachers. Cross-Disciplinary Preschool Education Master Degree (CDPEM) program offered in some universities is an outcome of this policy. The purpose of this study is to explore in depth professional growth experiences of these CDPEM students. Findings of the study can be input to decision of the continuity of this policy. The study was conducted using qualitative research method. In-depth interviews of three Chinese CDPEM participants were used to collect data. The magnitude of the Covid-19 epidemic has many features of teachers’ jobs, which affects teachers’ job satisfaction and work motivation, especially for those who work from home. This study aims to examine the relationship between work from home and work motivation on teachers’ job satisfaction. In addition, moderating the effects of school location on the relationships between work from home and motivational work on teachers’ job satisfaction is also investigated in this study. This study uses a quantitative approach. A purposive sampling technique is used to collect data from 424 respondents in this study. A web-based questionnaire is used as the research instrument. The data are analyzed using PLS-SEM by using SmartPLS 3.0 software. The study reveals that working from home and work motivation has a significant effect on teachers’ job satisfaction. This study investigates training and supervision as predictors of business teachers’ job performance in Nigerian public secondary schools. A survey research design is adopted for the study. The population consists of 1,500 business-related subject teachers from four states in Nigeria’s North Central Geo-Political Zone. 550 samples are purposely selected as the respondents from 20 schools. A structured questionnaire is used to collect relevant data from the respondents. Three experts from the Department of Business Education, Kwara State University, validated the questionnaire. The reliability coefficient of 0.71 was obtained through a split-half method. The hypotheses generated were tested using correlation and multiple regression analysis. The results show a strong correlation between training and teachers’ job performance (r = .786) but a very low correlation between supervision and teachers’ job performance (r = .089). Pay administration is one of the most important functions in the organisational administration domain. Contemporary research shows that the capability of an organisation’s administrator to share the information about pay administration, encourage employees’ engagement in pay administration, and enforce good performance evaluation may have a positive and significant influence on employees’ commitment toward the organisation. However, there is a limited explanation about the importance of pay administration as an important factor in the organisational pay administration domain. This study is performed to analyse the importance and performance of each element in pay administration towards employee commitment. Main data are collected from 400 self-report questionnaires filled by the employees of Pos Malaysia Berhad in Klang Valley. This paper examines the need analysis of tax education for non-accounting program by identifying an area of preference in taxation, tax knowledge, tax policy, tax rules and regulation, tax culture and the instructional method of teaching. Questionnaires were administered to 1,200 undergraduates of non-accounting programmes in Nigerian private and public universities. Data were analyses using SPSS to obtain descriptive statistics and one sample t-test results. Based on the survey, the respondents indicated that the introduction of tax education to non-accounting programmes in Nigerian universities is important and relevant to the development of the nation. It also revealed that tax policy, tax rules and regulation together with tax culture for individuals are the preferred tax areas that undergraduates want to understand. Tujuan kajian ini ialah untuk mengkaji pelaksanaan projek terhadap Kemahiran Berfikir Aras Tinggi (KBAT) kanak-kanak prasekolah berdasarkan empat tahap pemikiran kemahiran berfikir aras tinggi iaitu mengaplikasi, menganalisis, menilai dan mencipta. Kajian ini dijalankan menggunakan kaedah persampelan bertujuan dalam menentukan responden yang bersesuaian di mana seorang guru berserta 13 orang kanak-kanak di sebuah prasekolah swasta di negeri Perak dipilih. Kajian kualitatif ini menggunakan reka bentuk kajian kes. Data kajian diperoleh menerusi pemerhatian, dokumen, temu bual terhadap peserta kajian. Data dianalisis menggunakan kaedah analisis naratif dan analisis kandungan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan empat tahap kemahiran berfikir aras tinggi iaitu mengaplikasi, menganalisis, menilai dan mencipta dapat dilaksanakan kepada kanak-kanak melalui pelaksanaan pendekatan projek. An entrepreneurial mindset is a key factor in bridging the skill gaps. This study examines the relationship between positive mental attitude, creativity, self-confidence, and bridging skill gaps in Nigeria. A sample of 248 business education students was selected for the study. Data are collected using the “Entrepreneurial Mindset and Bridging of Skill Gaps Questionnaire” (EMBSGQ). Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis have been used to test the hypotheses. The findings show that positive mental attitude, creativity, and selfconfidence significantly correlate and influence skill gaps. Therefore, it is recommended that lecturers continue to impact the habit of positive mental attitude skills in the mind of the students and make it become part of their attitude before going out into the labour market. Also, creativity must be a learning objective in the academic curriculum to encourage the students to establish new innovative skills in runnin.....
