The purpose of the study was to examine level of digital citizenship skills among undergraduate students at the Sultan Idris Education University, Perak, Malaysia. The study focused on three sub-variables of digital citizenship skills; online wellbeing, online learning and online safety. The paper present report from a questionnaire conducted on 1000 students from nine different faculties. Items for each variable were constructed based on literature highlights related to digital citizenship framework and through experts? validation. A descriptive statistic was used in determined the level of digital citizenship skills among the undergraduate students. The findings of the study showed that the level of digital citizenship skills of students is at a high level. Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is a non-communicable disease and is a severe chronic illness. Early detection of DM is one way to detect the possibility of someone getting DM. This application was made to determine the accuracy of the diagnosis of DM using backpropagation ANN. There are 11 risk factors used, namely gender, smoker or not, heredity, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, total cholesterol levels, HDL (High-Density Lipoprotein) levels, LDL (Low-Density Lipoprotein) levels, triglyceride levels, BMI (Body Mass Index), and HBA1c levels (Hemoglobin A1c). Risk factors are taken based on medical records of DM patients and data on healthy people. The training and testing of artificial neural networks showed promising results for the suitability of network output and desired targets with a correlation coefficient of 0.98043. This study was aimed to develop a method for metal analysis in continuous integration using voltammetry techniques. The research subject was copper(II) ions. The objects of research were linearity, scan rate, repeatability of readings, and the presence of Cu(II) levels in well water samples. In this study, a selective electrode was developed with a solid membrane voltammetry system using differential pulse voltammetry measurement. The results showed the regression line of voltammetry method, y = 10.265 ln (x) + 330.47, with a correlation value of 0.9654, the optimum scan rate was 10 mV/s, and within five repetitions of each measurement for one electrode, it showed good repeatability. Meanwhile, the result of regression with the UV-Vis spectrophotometric method for Cu(II) was y = 0.12386x + 0.00879 with a correlation value of 0.9943. The voltammetry method was found to be much better than the UV-Vis method because it was able to be used for analysis up to a concentration of 6.35 ? 10-4 .....

Postharvest fruits including tomatoes are commonly infected by gray mold disease resulting in significant economic losses in the fruit industry. Therefore, this study aimed to develop botanical fungicide derived from Vernonia amygdalina leaf extract to control gray mold on tomato. The emulsion formulation containing surfactant, oil carrier and water was optimized at different non-ionic alkyl polyglucoside surfactants through eleven combinations of oil to surfactant ratio (0:10, 1:9, 2:8, 3:7, 4:6, 5:5, 6:4, 7:3, 8:2, 9:1 and 10:0 w/w). From eight selected formulations, two formulations, F5 and F7 showed stable in storage, remarkable thermodynamic stability, smaller particle size (66.44 and 139.63 nm), highly stable in zeta potential (?32.70 and ?31.70 mV), low in polydispersity index (0.41 and 0.40 PdI), low in viscosity (4.20 and 4.37 cP) and low in surface tension (27.62 and 26.41 mN/m) as compared to other formulations. This paper aims to develop a socioeconomic indicators to measure the wellbeing of the people in Lembah Klang-Langat Extended Metropolitan Region (EMR). A total of 400 respondents comprised heads of household in 15 settlement centres in Lembah Klang-Langat Extended Metropolitan Region (EMR) were selected as study sample. Quantitative approaches using SPSS and AMOS software were in this study. The data were analysed using factor analysis, namely exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA). The results showed that after EFA and CFA had been applied, only two sub-constructs of socioeconomic construct which were i) social, and ii) economy, and six items of B7_3, B7_4, B7_5, B7_7, B7_10 and B7_11 presented high validity values of CR exceeding 0.6. The analysis found that the measurement model met the measurement criteria for measuring suburban wellbeing. This article aimed to design and develop Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) model and a questionnaire survey instrument for Malaysian schools using Fuzzy Delphi Method (FDM) in the Design and Development Research (DDR). In Phase 1, literature on PLCs was reviewed to identify the needs of the professional learning communities? model according to the local context. In Phase 2, an agreement of 14 experts on the questionnaire was obtained from FDM. In Phase 3, the evaluation of the questionnaire by 5 experts to assess the questionnaire?s usability was gathered. Based on the final results, a total of 121 items was accepted. The agreement of the experts was between (90% to 100%) and the value of the threshold, d was between (0.09 ? 0.18). A newly distributed fault-tolerant mHealth framework-based Internet of things (IoT) is proposed in this study to resolve the essential problems of healthcare service provision during the occurrence of frequent failures in a telemedicine architecture. Two models are presented to support the telehealth development of chronic heart disease (CHD) in a distant environment. In model-1, a new local multisensor fusion triage algorithm known as three-level localisation triage (3LLT) is proposed. In 3LLT, a group of heterogeneous sources is applied to triage patients as a clinical process, and the emergency levels inside/outside the home of a patient with CHD are determined.
