Tahap kesediaan kefahaman dan cabaran dalam pelaksanaan PDI Bahasa Melayu tahap dua SJKC daerah Kinta Utara Perak

Abstract

Kajian ini bertujuan mengenal pasti tahap kesediaan, kefahaman, dan cabaran guru Bahasa Melayu dalam melaksanakan Pentaksiran Dinamik Interaksional (PDI) untuk pentaksiran lisan di Sekolah Jenis Kebangsaan Cina (SJKC), serta mengkaji hubungan antara latar belakang opsyen guru dan tahap cabaran yang dihadapi. Metodologi kajian melibatkan soal selidik yang dibangunkan dan disahkan kesahan serta kebolehpercayaannya melalui panel pakar dan ujian rintis ke atas 115 guru (59 beropsyen Bahasa Melayu, 56 bukan beropsyen). Data dianalisis dengan perisian Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) v. 29 iaitu statistik deskriptif (min dan sisihan piawai) dan ujian perbezaan kumpulan. Dapatan menunjukkan tahap kesediaan guru dalam melaksanakan PDI adalah tinggi iaitu dengan nilai min 4.02 dan sisihan piawai 0.861 (min=4.02, _=0.861). Exploring information technology industry programming language trends with non-negative matrix factorization topic modelling

Abstract

The study aimed to determine the preferred programming language among information technology professionals using non-negative matrix factorization topic modelling technique. The results showed that the majority of participants were software developers and programmers who commonly used C#, Java, and Python, and agreed that Java, C, or C++ would be the best language to start with when learning programming. The application of topic modelling revealed key themes such as online video tutorials as effective learning resources, hands-on activities as key to learning programming, importance of feedback, effective teaching strategies, and problem-solving skills as crucial for success in programming. Pembinaan garis panduan penyoalan dalam drama berasaskan teori Anderson

Abstract

Kajian ini memfokuskan kepada Pembinaan Garis Panduan Penyoalan Dalam Drama Berasaskan Kepada Teori Anderson. Kajian ini dibina kerana terdapat beberapa masalah dalam kalangan guru Kesusasteraan Melayu dalam membina soalan-soalan berlainan aras kepada murid-murid. Manakala, subjek tumpuan adalah memfokuskan kepada drama bagi mata pelajaran Kesusasteraan Melayu. Hal ini demikian kerana penerimaan murid bagi subjek drama adalah berlainan bagi setiap murid. Kajian ini mempunyai dua objektif, pertama, menganalisis keperluan pembinaan garis panduan penyoalan dalam drama. Kedua, mereka bentuk dan membangunkan garis panduan penyoalan dalam drama menggunakan teori Anderson. Determination of heavy metals concentration in some sachet water commonly in Abuja Municipal Council, Nigeria

Abstract

The aim of the study was undertaken to assess heavy metal concentration in some sachet water commonly consumed in Abuja Municipal Council, Nigeria. This was done by measuring heavy metal concentration using Atomic Absorption Spectrometer at the advance chemistry laboratory, Sheda Science and Technology Complex (SHETSCO), FCT, then estimating carcinogenic and non carcinogenic exposure, contamination factor, degree of contamination and pollution load index. The samples were all obtained randomly within Abuja Metropolis. The carcinogenic and non- carcinogenic exposure are far less than 1. The concentration of the heavy metals in sachet water for Cd, Mn, Pb, Cu and Zn are 0.019 mg/l, 0.173 mg/l, 0.219 mg/l, 1.250 mg/l and 0.0760 mg/l respectively. The value of Cd, Pb exceed the recommend standard of 0.01 set by WHO (2008) while the concentration of Mn, Cu and Zn are below the permissible limit of 0.5 mg/l, 2 mg/l and 5 mg/l. Abstract

The effect of the COVID-19 Pandemic brought changes in different sectors, particularly in education. There were shifts in the learning modalities, facilities, and schedules as well as in the integration of teaching-learning strategies. One of the solutions implemented by the Department of Education to assure that all the learning competencies will be covered for the entire school year was the transformation of the K to 10 Mathematics Curriculum into the identified Most Essential Learning Competencies (MELCs). Pembangunan dan penilaian modul kosa kata kerja Bahasa Melayu dalam meningkatkan pencapaian dan motivasi murid Tahun Empat SJKT

Kajian ini bertujuan untuk membangunkan dan menilai keberkesanan Modul Kosa Kata Kerja (KOKAJA) dalam meningkatkan penguasaan kosa kata kerja serta tahap motivasi murid Tahun Empat Sekolah Jenis Kebangsaan Tamil (SJKT). Modul ini direka bentuk berasaskan gabungan Teori Konstruktivisme Lima Fasa Needham dan Model ASSURE, yang menekankan pembelajaran berpusatkan murid, penglibatan aktif serta penyesuaian bahan bantu mengajar secara sistematik. Objektif utama kajian ini merangkumi: (i) membangunkan modul pengajaran kosa kata kerja yang sesuai dan berkesan; (ii) menilai tahap penguasaan kosa kata kerja murid sebelum dan selepas penggunaan modul; dan (iii) menilai perubahan tahap motivasi murid terhadap pembelajaran Bahasa Melayu selepas intervensi. The effect of work and family support on job burnout among private university administrators in Qingdao with the mediation of psychological safety and professional identity

Abstract

This research aimed to determine the direct effect of work support (WS) and family support (FS) on psychological safety (PS) and professional identity (PI), the direct effects of WS, FS, PS, and PI on job burnout (JB) among private university administrators in Qingdao and the mediating effects of PS and PI in the studied relationships. This research employed a quantitative and deductive approach. A sample of 350 administrators with more than five years of experience was selected through cluster sampling technique. Data were collected via self-administered questionnaires using the drop-off method and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The findings showed that WS (_ = 0.597, p-value = 0.000) and FS (_ = 0.252, p-value = 0.000) had significant positive effects on PS. Both WS (_ = 0.434, p = 0.000) and FS (_ = 0.223, p = 0.000) also significantly and positively influenced PI. Abstract

Kajian ini bertujuan untuk membangunkan aplikasi mudah alih berasaskan Android sebagai bahan bantu mengajar bagi guru Pendidikan Seni Visual (PSV) tingkatan tiga. Aplikasi ini direka bentuk bagi mengatasi cabaran pengajaran konvensional, meningkatkan kreativiti murid serta menyediakan alternatif pembelajaran yang sesuai untuk generasi digital. Kajian ini berasaskan pendekatan Reka Bentuk dan Pembangunan (PRP) oleh Richey dan Klein (2014), namun diubah suai mengikut pendekatan PRP oleh Saedah Siraj et al. (2020) yang melibatkan tiga fasa: analisis keperluan, reka bentuk dan pembangunan, serta penilaian kebolehgunaan. Fasa pertama melibatkan soal selidik kepada 184 guru PSV dan dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif. The objective of this study is to determine the mediation effect of customer satisfaction in the relationship between marketing mix elements (product, price, place, promotion, people, process and physical evidence) and customer purchase behaviour. This study adopted a causal research design, and close-ended, self-administered questionnaires were distributed to the customers of Etisalat, a telecom company in the United Arab Emirates. The aim is to reveal connections to Armenian folk traditions and selected works by Armenian and Western composers. Based Kiana Shafiei's framework idea , the research employs practice-led design method illustrate how intertextual components influence our perception through musical analysis and reflective performance.
