Kajian  ini  bertujuan  untuk  mengenal  pasti  keberkesanan  adaptasi  identiti  budaya setempat   dalam  proses  membuat  reka  bentuk  landskap  sekolah  melalui  kolaborasi murid,  guru  dan   komuniti.  Landskap  sekolah  merupakan  medium   yang  berupaya merangsang  pembentukan  murid   bagi menyemai  rasa  cinta  terhadap  alam  semula jadi  serta  menghargai  persekitaran.  Objektif   kajianini adalah untuk membangunkan sebuah taman mini yang berkonsepkan identiti budaya dikawasan  sekolah. At the preschool level in Malaysia, all preschools, including those from public and private sectors are required to follow the guidelines stated in the National Preschool Standard-based Curriculum (NPSC) issued by the Ministry of Education (MOE) in 2017. However, the NPSC is very general and schools are not provided with any further guidance on the program, which leads to some preschools, mainly private ones, to supplement their curriculum by subscribing to various private education franchisors available on the market. There seems to be a need to propose improvements to current curriculum practices. It is proposed that this is best done by investigating the theoretical foundations of language learning.  In particular, this paper discusses Pienemann?s Processability Theory (1998, 2005) and elaborates on the Developmentally Moderated Focus-on-Form instruction (DMFonF) (Di Biase, 2002,2008). The ability to read is important for an individual as it is related to language proficiency. Therefore, language proficiency among children is the foundation of cognitive development which involves the process of knowledge acquisition through reading activities. Various ways and methods can be applied in order to improve children’s reading skills. This is to ensure that they are not experiencing any problems during a learning session. This study aims to identify the teacher’s perspective towards the use of multisensory technique in a teaching lesson for 6-year-old preschoolers on reading open syllables. By using a qualitative approach, two teachers from a private preschool in Shah Alam, Selangor are chosen to participate in a semi-structured interview.  Both teachers are experienced in the field of Malay literacy, specifically in reading methods. This study determined the status of Headstart Program in Isabela, Philippines. Specifically, it assessed the following; (1) Headstart Program organization; (2) screening of gifted and talented preschoolers; (3) qualifying gifted preschoolers based on prescribed indicators; (4) Headstart teachers? level of competencies; (5) implementation of preferred curriculum; (6) evidence of preferred Headstart teaching and learning strategies; (7) programs and services; (8) evaluating progress of gifted and talented preschoolers; and (9) support systems of Headstart program.  Descriptive survey method was used through data collection such as interviews and documentation. This research is to find out how to improve the performance of outstanding Raudhatul Athfal (RA) teachers in Yogyakarta and how the steps are and how the key to the successful performance of outstanding RA teachers in Yogyakarta. This research is a qualitative research through a psychological approach that is carried out directly to the object under study, to obtain data relating to the performance aspects of the teacher's performance so that the improvement of his performance becomes an example for other teachers.  Data collection method uses interview method, documentation, and observation. Teaching basic personal financial concepts and principles even among young learners is beneficial not only for the child, but also for the family and the entire society. This study aimed to develop an integrated financial education program for kindergarten learners. The study employed developmental research following three stages (analysis, design, and development) which include document analysis and curriculum mapping of three international financial education standards to the Philippine Kindergarten Curriculum, expert consultations, and teacher interviews. This research focused on the academic year of a preschool teacher in a school that was considered to have a bad management approach. As narrative researchers, we acquired stories about the teacher's experiences by using various narrative approaches such as long-term participant observations at the school, document reviews, and interviews with relevant people. Realiti terimbuh atau Augmented Reality (AR) merupakan sejenis teknologi maklumat dan komunikasi yang mengupayakan maklumat maya yang bersifat visual, iaitu gambar, animasi atau video, terimbuh ke atas realiti fizikal menerusi peranti komputer. Kajian ini bertujuan meneliti potensi AR khususnya dalam aspek pemikiran kreatif melalui aktiviti mewarna dalam kalangan kanak-kanak prasekolah. Satu rancangan pengajaran dan pembelajaran (p&p) menggunakan sembilan peristiwa pembelajaran Gagne telah disediakan yang melibatkan penggunaan AR dalam aktiviti mewarna. Bagi mengukur tahap pemikiran kreatif, satu instrumen yang diadaptasi daripada Torrance Test of Creative Thinking telah dibangunkan dan disahkan oleh lima orang pakar bidang khusus.  Kesan aktiviti mewarna dengan penggunaan AR dikaji melalui ujian pra dan ujian pasca melalui kajian kuasi-eksperimen yang melibatkan kumpulan rawatan. Tujuan kajian ini adalah untuk mengkaji kekangan yang dihadapi oleh guru tadika untuk menerima kanak-kanak berkeperluan pendidikan khas di dalam bilik darjah. Pendekatan secara kuantitatif digunakan dengan menggunakan kaedah tinjauan secara persampelan bukan rawak bagi memilih responden. Seramai n=77 orang guru tadika yang bertugas mengajar kanak-kanak sekitar umur lima hingga enam tahun di tadika.  Analisis deskriptif menunjukkan tahap penilaian min adalah sederhana dan tinggi bagi pembolehubah kekangan guru tadika untuk menerima kanak-kanak berkeperluan pendidikan khas di tadika mereka dengan nilai sisihan piawai yang tinggi. Kajian ini diharapkan setiap tadika dapat menerima sepenuhnya kanak-kanak berkeperluan pendidikan khas tanpa sebarang bias sekaligus dapat mencapai matlamat Pelan Pembangunan Pendidikan Malaysia (PPPM) untuk melaksanakan pendidikan inklusif di dalam pendidikan awal kanak-kanak di Malaysia  ..

Kajian   ini   bertujuan   menentukan   hubungan   antara   kepemimpinan   guru   dengan komitmen  organisasi  di  sekolah  menengah  kebangsaan  Zon  6  daerah  Kinta  Utara, Perak.  Konstruk kepemimpinan guru adalah berdasarkan kepada teori kepimpinan guru oleh Katzenmayer dan  Moller yang mengandungi tujuh aspek budaya iaitu tumpuan perkembangan,  pengiktirafan,  autonomi,   kesahihan,  penyertaan,  komunikasi  terbuka dan persekitaran positif. Komitmen organisasi pula  diukur menggunakan teori Mayer dan Allen yang menfokus kepada komitmen afektif, berterusan dan  normatif. Kajian ini menggunakan reka bentuk korelasi kuantitatif.
