The aim of this paper is to conceptualize the significance of customer-defined market orientation in creating superior customer value and building long-term customer relationship which in turn increases the customer satisfaction and loyalty, moreover, the framework also theorized the mediating role of customer inspiration to strengthen the framework. A comprehensive review of latest conceptual and empirical literature was grounded to develop the propositions. Teachers and students of higher education institution shall be taken as a social lab for examining the propositions, and to report the empirical findings. This paper identifies factors affecting the adoption of mobile learning application in the classroom. The principles of the Innovation Diffusion Theory (IDT) and Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) were adopted as the main elements that were investigated in this study, namely relative advantage, complexity, mobile learning acceptance, and intention to use mobile learning. The research design was based on a quantitative approach using an online survey involving a group of 200 undergraduates. Data collected were analyzed using the Comparative Fit Index (CFI) and Tucker-Lewis Index (TLI) on AMOS 20.0. Interestingly, the main research findings showed that all the indices fit the hypothesized model perfectly and all the technology acceptance constructs were significantly correlated. This paper aims to investigate the effect of the presence of female board directors and corporate governance mechanisms on agency cost focusing on board of directors’ and audit committee’s characteristics. The samples used in this study consisted of 150 companies listed on Bursa Malaysia in trade and services sector from 2010 until 2013. The dependent variable in this research is agency cost. Based on the extensive literature review, this study applied two agency cost proxies, which are asset utilisation ratio (AUR) and expense ratio (ER). Meanwhile, there are seven independent variable which are female board directors, board size, CEO duality, independent directors, size of the audit committee, audit committee meeting and audit quality. In this article, investigations were done on the students’ expectations in Physics through self-study. The self-study methods used in this research were self-study using book modules and multimedia modules. This is because epistemology has often been the hidden curriculum as compared to the content (conception) in curriculum. Moreover,so on the expectations in the field of Physics. Sehubungan itu kajian telah dilakukan di daerah Putatan, Sabah bagi membincangkan transformasi pembangunan terhadap aktiviti perkhidmatan di daerah Putatan dan kesannya kepada sosioekonomi penduduk tempatan. Pengetahuan komuniti pesisir pantai mengenai peningkatan aras laut akan membantu masyarakat untuk lebih menyesuaikan diri terhadap alam sekitar. Komuniti pesisir pantai lebih terdedah kepada peningkatan aras laut kerana jarak penempatan mereka adalah hampir dengan pantai. Artikel ini bertujuan mengkaji tahap pengetahuan komuniti pesisir pantai di Kuala Selangor terhadap peningkatan aras laut khususnya dalam merancang strategi adaptasi. Kajian ini menggunakan kaedah kuantitatif iaitu temu bual dan soal selidik secara bersemuka ke atas 80 orang responden dan pensampelan secara rawak bertujuan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan pengetahuan komuniti mengenai peningkatan aras laut adalah di tahap yang sederhana manakala purata pengetahuan komuniti terhadap strategi adaptasi peningkatan aras laut di dapati pada tahap yang rendah. Kemasukan jumlah kenderaan yang tinggi terutama pada waktu puncak atau pada musim perayaan di daerah Pasir Mas, Kelantan telah menyebabkan pihak kerajaan telah melaksanakan pembinaan projek Bypass Fasa 2 yang bersebelahan jambatan Pasir Mas. Hal ini kerana, kawasan tersebut sering kali berlaku kesesakan lalu lintas yang teruk apabila musim perayaan. Kajian ini dijalankan untuk mengenalpasti kegiatan perniagaan dan impak sosioekonomi yang berlaku terhadap penduduk sekitar di tapak projek tersebut. Kajian yang dijalankan ini melibatkan 100 orang responden penduduk tempatan di Pasir Mas Kelantan secara rawak mudah. Kajian menggunakan kaedah kuantitatif. Kaedah yang digunakan adalah dengan mengedarkan borang soal selidik kepada responden dan menggunakan statistik deskriptif. This study aimed to explore the relationship between the level of in-service training (IST) needs and teachers’ teaching skills to students’ achievement in secondary schools in the state of Perak, Malaysia. Data was collected through questionnaire. Study samples comprised 324 teachers were randomly selected from 18 schools. Data was analyzed using percentages, means, t-test, ANOVA and Pearson correlation. The study showed a high level of IST needs by the respondents with a mean of 3.96. The increase of teaching skills level is at a moderate level with a mean of 3.61. Results of the hypotheses testing showed that there was no significant relationship between demographic factors (gender, age and teaching experience) in the level of the IST needs and the teaching skills. The study found a weak significant relationship between IST needs with teaching skills and no significant relationship between teaching skills and students’ achievement. This paper reports the use of a systematic review to explore the impact of gender in children’s achievement and their skills in mathematics. The review process identified 6 key papers within the lastest five years (2010-2015). An in-depth analysis of these indicated that there was some evidence that there is a significant difference in children's mathematical achievements due to gender. The analysis also found that boys have better math skills compare than girls. These findings very important becuase has led to some improvement in children confidence and competence in mathematics. Penggunaan perkapita cendawan dunia sebagai sumber makanan semakin meningkat. Peningkatan permintaan cendawan di pasaran dimangkinkan oleh kelebihan potensi cendawan dalam rantaian industri farmaseutikal, nutraseutikal, kosmesuetikal dan industri hiliran berkaitan. Oleh itu, artikel ini memfokus terhadap penilaian faktor yang mendorong kepada permintaan cendawan di pasaran negeri Selangor. Kajian turut menilai tahap permintaan pasaran cendawan berdasarkan kaum utama. Kajian permintaan ini dinilai menerusi perspektif agropreneur yang menjalankan perusahaan cendawan di Selangor. Saiz sampel terdiri daripada 36 orang agropreneur. Pemilihan Selangor sebagai kawasan kajian adalah kerana saiz permintaan dan penawaran cendawan di pasarannya adalah yang tertinggi di Malaysia.
