Kajian ini bertujuan membina Instrumen Saringan Kemahiran Vokasional (ISKV) Murid Berkeperluan Khas Masalah Pembelajaran (MBKMP) di Program Pendidikan Khas Integrasi (PPKI)  bagi persediaan Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM). Pembinaan instrumen ISKV berpandukan Model  Pembinaan Instrumen McIntire dan Miller (2007) melalui tiga Fasa iaitu Fasa Satu (Analisa), Fasa  Dua (Pembinaan Instrumen) dan Fasa Tiga (Pelaksanaan Kajian). Kajian melibatkan seramai 216 orang  guru di 72 Program Pendidikan Khas Integrasi di negeri Selangor. Instrumen kajian terdiri daripada  182 konstruk iaitu tiga konstruk Demografi, 81 konstruk Kemahiran Bahasa dan 98 konstruk Kemahiran  Vokasional setelah melalui proses pengguguran 21 item bagi konstruk Kemahiran Bahasa dan sebanyak  16 item ditambah bagi konstruk Kemahiran Vokasional untuk pelaksanaan proses saringan ISKV terhadap  MBKMP. Dapatan kajian ini telah mengenal pasti dua konstruk utama dalam ISKV iaitu Kemahiran Bahasa  dan Kemahiran Vok.....

Tujuan kajian ini adalah untuk membangunkan satu instrumen Teknologi Automotif (KTeA) bagi mengukur tahap kompetensi pengetahuan dan kemahiran tenaga pengajar di Institut Latihan  Kemahiran (ILK). Reka bentuk kajian yang digunakan adalah kaedah pembangunan instrumen berpandukan  Model Miller, Lovler dan Mclntire (2013). Kajian ini mempunyai fasa pertama melibatkan proses  mereka bentuk dan membina instrumen. Mereka bentuk instrumen adalah menghasilkan konstruk dan  subkonstruk berdasarkan analisis dokumen dan melibatkan teknik Delphi Terubah Suai sebanyak tiga  pusingan. Fasa kedua melibatkan proses kesahan dan kebolehpercayaan instrumen. Kesahan kandungan  melibatkan lima orang pakar dalam bidang Automotif. Kesahan konstruk dan kebolehpercayaan instrumen  diperolehi dengan menjalankan kajian rintis pertama terhadap 50 pengajar ILK dan kajian rintis  kedua terhadap 50 pengajar ILK. Kurikulum pendidikan Bahasa Melayu peringkat sekolah menengah menuntut agar pengajaran Bahasa Melayu (BM). dilaksanakan secara bersepadu, sejajar dengan tuntutan Falsafah Pendidikan Kebangsaan. Namun, kajian mendapati bahawa proses pengajaran BM masih bersifat tradisional, dikotomi, dan memberi penekanan yang tidak seimbang terhadap aspek pengetahuan dan kemahiran bahasa. Tujuan utama kajian ini ialah mereka bentuk, membina dan menilai modul pengajaran BM secara bersepadu. Modul ini dibangun berlandaskan lapan strategi utama. The purposes of this study was to develop and to validate a model of metacognitive-based teaching and learning of mathematics and to analyze phases how to utilize student metacognitive in solving algebra problems. There are two phases in developing a model of metacognitive-based teaching and learning of mathematics. Phase 1 consists of four stages, namely: a) preliminary study, based on theoretical basis and previous studies; b) model planning, which consists of instrument planning and component of teaching and learning, and also a model book; c) realization; d) model validity, tryout, and refinement. Meanwhile, phase 2 covers the implementation of the developed model and the study into the prosedures of metacognitive treatment. The results show that the development of a model of metacognitive-based teaching and learning is valid, practical, and effective. The praimary objective of this research is to analyse user satisfaction towards a prototype software called Perisian Multimedia Info GERKO among teachers trainee in three(3)TeacherTraining Collages/Institutes in north peninsular of Malaysia. This quantitative study is among trainee teachers in Maktab/Institut Perguruan Perlis (MPP), Maktab/Institut Perguruan Tuanku Bainun (MPTB) and Maktab/Institut Perguruan Ipoh Perak (MPIP). The sampel are among 238 trainee teachers from five (5) uniform units namely, Pergerakan Pandu Puteri Malaysai (PPPM), Pergerakan Puteri Islam Malaysia (PPIM), Pertubuhan Pengakap Malaysia, Pasukan Bulan Sabit Merah (PBSM) and St John Ambulans Malaysia (SJAM). Rancangan Pengumpulan Semula (RPS) is the main focus of this research. The main finding shows that the role played by JHEOA in developing Runchang aboriginies as a government agency was not fully achieved as outlined in the New Economic Policy (NEP). JHEOA planned to develop the three main aspects, which were health, education and economy of the Orang Asli. Between 1970 to 1990, the health programme was the most successful aspect compared to the other two aspects. This is because health programme can be achieved in a shorter period of time whereas the impact of education and economic programmes can only be achieved in a longer period of time. Moreover, the Orang Asli were still ignorant of development programmes that had been planned for them. Because of this, they could not follow the entire programme thoroughly. The purpose of this project is to develop a guaranteed quality of service management systems for multimedia network based on mobile agent. The system which is built as an e-Learning kit consists of a computer software for video streaming Lecture-on-Demand (LoD) via internet with guaranteed quality of service. A number of research methodologies and design have been employed to develop this product. A survey was conducted to increase the validity of the instrument utilized; while a system analysis was used to gather information on quality of service for multimedia network over internet.
