This study aims to identify the effect of organizational commitment as a mediator on the relationship between training and work performance at Community Health Centers for midwives in Banyumas Regency, Central Java, Indonesia. A quantitative research design was selected to answer four research questions. Data collection uses a questionnaire with a five-point Likert scale. This study involved 243 midwives of Puskesmas in Banyumas Regency as a sample using a systematic random sampling method to calculate the sample size of Puskesmas. After that, proportional random sampling was used to determine the sample size of Puskesmas midwives. Data analysis used the Structural Equation Modeling method. The findings of the study show that based on the Measurement Model test, the Loading Factor value from all dimensions of the research construct is greater than 0.5.
