The objectives of this study are to determine the contribution of knowledge contextual factors to the knowledge activities, with particular reference to the emergence of information technologies in schools, and to evaluate progress with respect to knowledge activities in school education. The objective of this study was to identify the relationships between learning organization and organizational commitment among the public primary school principals. A quantitative cross sectional research design with purposive sampling was employed in collecting the data. The questionnaires were based on the Learning Organization and Organizational Commitment indicators that have been modified and used in Malaysia. The respondents for this study were principals of public primary schools who attended the three years intensive program (called the Head-Teacher Degree Program) which would award them the Bachelor’s Degree in Education Management. 7 | 2019 article | Students knowledge and attitudes about the Gap Year Programme: A study at a Public university in Malaysia Marinah Awang This study seeks to understand students' knowledge and attitudes about a Gap Year programme at a public university in Malaysia. A survey questionnaire was distributed to a sample of 900 students representing all the 9 faculties at the university. The data analysis was conducted using the Statistical Packages for Social Science (SPSS) involving descriptive analysis (frequency and percentage). The results showed that the students had limited knowledge about the Gap Year programme. Despite the students’ limited knowledge, their attitudes towards the programme was positive. The findings of the study are expected to add to the existing literatures regarding the Gap Year and provide empirical evidence about the Gap Year programme in the Malaysian context. Additionally, the findings are expected to provide useful insights for the university and the Ministry of Education about the newly launched Gap Year programme. This aim was achieved by including the concept of Rahmah in the analysis. Empathetic leadership exemplifies the manner in which the behaviours and emotional states of followers are impacted by the leaders' comprehension and provision of support. Data analysis was conducted via the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). Well-structured interviews were used to collect the opinions of the individuals entrusted with managing Waqf properties. Given the uneven distribution of Waqf employees across Malaysia, the study population was stratified into clusters based on the states.
