The purpose of this study is to compile the marasil (al-Hadith transmitted without the mention of the Prophet's companions) that are recorded in Musannaf of Imam 'Abd al-Razzaq in the chapter about zakah and to study them in terms of ascription (chain of narrators) and text (matan). Firstly, this study looks at the conditions of their ruwat (narrators) and later evaluates their shawahid and mutaba'at to determine their status i.e. whether they can be elevated to the level of Hasan li Ghayrihi. This study also includes a brief biography of Imam 'Abd al-Razzaq covering his lineage, teachers, students and his intellectual status in the Islamic intellectual discourse. The study of al-Maghazi and al-Siyar is considered a practical application of the teachings of the Quran and the Sunnah of the Prophet. Therefore, scholars made efforts to compile the narrations of al-Maghazi and al-Siyar, and to explain. criticize and scrutinize them in order to distinguish the sound (sahih) narrations from the weak (dhaif). Ibn Qayyim al-Jauziyyah is one of the scholars who critically engage with these narrations in his treatise Zaad al-Maad. This research is aimed at elaborating his methodology in the usage of these narrations in argumentation and in the application of al-Isti 'nas (leniency in the usage of al-Maghazi and aiSiyar as supporting evidence ill argument), its conditions, benefits and scopes. The introduction of Quranic and Fardhu Ain courses (Kelas Al-Quran dan Fardhu Ain (KAFA) by the Department of Islamic Development Malaysia (Jabatan Kemajuan Islam Malaysia (JAKIM) is an effort to produce a generation that is moulded by the teachings of Al-Quran and Al-Sunnah. However, there are specific ?ad?ths quoted in the textbook that require further attentive verification. This study seeks to verify the status of the ?ad?th mentioned in the „Aq?dah textbook in the eyes of the Ahlussunnah Wal Jama?ah scholars. Recent statistic shows that 525,832 children are registered as KAFA students in Malaysia. This proves that KAFA School under the supervision of JAKIM has gained the trust of Muslim parents to send their children to learn about Islam in their early childhood. However, a large number of them are also at risk of obtaining inaccurate information about Islam if the sources of references do not provide the authentic information about Islam. The purpose of this study is to identify the authenticity of the Prophetic traditions (had?ths) that are referred to in the KAFA Worship Textbook used by the students. This study is a qualitative study using the method of takhrij of had?th (had?th verification) in which the had?ths are examined and evaluated for their validity based on the comments of the scholars on its chain of narrators and its texts. COVID-19 has been declared as a global pandemic by World Health Organisation (WHO). Certain Muslims associated the emergence of Al-?ur?yya with the fading of Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). This article aimed to discuss the text and context of the Hadith Al-?ur?yya (????????????????????) and its link to the termination of COVID-19. Classical and contemporary scholars’ opinions were analysed in this study. The methodology used involved inductive and deductive supplemented with critical analysis determining the most appropriate opinion on this matter. Further empirical study of the visibility of Al-?ur?yya in the Islamic history were analysed using Stellarium Astronomy Software 0.20.0. The findings of the study revealed that the hadith refers to the disappearance of disease pertaining to fruits and crops and not to related to the end of any pandemic. Purpose: This paper aims to analyse the implementation of istibdal waqf property in several states of Peninsular Malaysia. To achieve this objective, this study identified the amount of waqf property am (general) and waqf property khas (special) which were involved in the process of istibdal in each state, the factors that have caused the istibdal to be implemented, the rate of istibdal involved for each lot of waqf lands and the type of property replacement performed. Design/methodology/approach: This study used the qualitative method, whereby the researchers had collected secondary data consisting of documents related to waqf from the State Islamic Religious Council (MAIN).
