Mobile Learning Application (MLA) refers to the use of mobile devices in delivering learning content using the advantages of mobile devices. Unfortunately, some drawbacks pertaining to such application have circumvented its use and purpose in classrooms. Two main problems are identified and highlighted in this study; i) problems found within the existing MLA and ii) lack of incorporation of mobile learning related concepts and theories in MLA development for children. Therefore, this study has fulfilled four main objectives; i) to analyse and identify the potential MLA model related concepts and theories, ii) to develop and validate a conceptual model by incorporating all potential MLA association related concepts and theories, iii) to develop MLA by implementing all elements incorporated in the conceptual model, and iv) to evaluate the MLA in terms of usability and effectiveness. English is an important subject for scoring in primary and secondary school exams in Malaysia. However, students are exposed to countless grammatical errors and are affected by the dialect they use in daily communication, especially for students who live in Kelantan. They are used to the use of dialect words in daily conversation. Therefore, they faced difficulties in understanding and translating the words from Bahasa Melayu to English. Furthermore, there is a lack of mobile application dictionaries to help primary school students to translate Kelantan’s dialect into English. Penyakit jantung merupakan pembunuh utama rakyat Malaysia. Banyak kempen dan pendidikan kesihatan  dalam bentuk bercetak mahupun elektronik telah dianjurkan oleh KKM. Namun kes penyakit jantung  masih meningkat setiap tahun. Oleh itu keperluan kaedah pendidikan alternatif sebagai pendidikan  awal kepada remaja untuk memberi kesedaran terhadap bahaya penyakit jantung. Kajian ini bertujuan  memformulasi model konsepsi perisian edutainment pendidikan kesihatan serta membangun dan menilai  perisian berasaskan model konsepsi. Perisian ini menggunakan elemen multimedia dengan memilih  animasi 2D sebagai elemen utama untuk remaja berumur antara 12 hingga 15 tahun.
