Kajian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan faktor orientasi strategik, kepimpinan transformasional dan sumber organisasi dengan prestasi aktiviti ekonomi masjid. Pengaruh faktor persekitaran organisasi sebagai pemboleh ubah pengantara turut diuji. Kerangka kerja kajian ini dibina berasaskan Teori Kontingensi yang diintegrasikan bersama Teori Resource Based View (RBV), Prinsip Pembangunan Ekonomi Islam dan Teori Kepimpinan Transformasional. Kajian kuantitatif ini menggunakan soal selidik yang telah dijawab oleh 134 orang wakil jawatankuasa kariah dari lima daerah di negeri Selangor. Data-data telah dikumpulkan berdasarkan kaedah persampelan kawasan (area sampling). Statistik deskriptif dan inferens iaitu Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) digunakan untuk menganalisis objektif kajian. This study aims to investigate the extent of acceptance and awareness of the social commentary art through printmaking among public. Social commentary is a function of art toward people, and artworks can carry messages and change public opinions and expose the reality of such a social, cultural or political issue. A Convergent Parallel Design mixed method is used as the study methodology to measure the public acceptance and understanding of social commentary and printmaking. The statistical data proved that there is significant influence of acceptance and awareness of social commentary has reflected Arab public perception of a certain issue which is also supported by qualitative findings. But also, findings showed that there is a significant confusion between social and cultural themes and political artworks are the most understandable. The aim of this research was to verify the Malaysian version of Rathus assertiveness as a drug prevention scale in secondary school students. The current research participants were 211 secondary students in Johor, Selangor, and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. An exploratory factor analysis with principal axis factoring and varimax rotation was performed for the initial analysis. After the eigenvalue emerged, the data was suppressed to.30 to display the factor loading. The value of commonalities and factor loading were considered to frame and locate the items in the scale structure. Furthermore, the reliability of the scale was tested through Cronbach's alpha. The result showed that nine factors emerged, explaining 58.721% of the variance. Four of the 30 items were eliminated from the analysis because they had commonalities below the threshold.
