Pemilihan sekolah anak anak selalu merumitkan ibubapa. Rata-rata ibubapa berasa susah hati apabila ana-anak ingin memulakan pereskolahan diawal setiap tahun. Banyak persoalan yang timbul. Pelajar bukan sahaja ingin bersekolah di sekolah yang sesuai dengan pencapaian akademik malah yang dapat memenuhi aspirasi keluarga bagi mencapai cita-cita masa depan mereka. Pemilihan terpaksa dibuat. Banyakfactor harus dipertiimabngkan disamping banyak juga kekangan merintang. Kajian ini melaporkan apakah factor yang mempengaruhi ibubapa memilib sesebuah sekolah untuk anak mereka. Sekolah mana pilihan mereka dan mengapa. Setiap sekolah mempunyai cirri-ciri mereka sendiri. Antara faktor yang dihipotesiskan ialah geograji, akademik, budaya sekolah, jenis sekolah, jenis guru dan pengetua, kemudahan, keluarga dan minat anak itu sendiri. Data dikumpul dengan mengedarkan 600 set soalselidik bertsruktur yang mengandungi 76 item. Responden dipilih secara rawak berdasarkan senarai nama kelas dalam setiap dae.....

The purpose of this study is to investigate the repeated sprint ability (RSA) performance among university soccer players. Twenty-four university representatives were voluntarily recruited as participants of this study and were asked to perform the RSA test that was modified which includes change of direction component in it. Participants were required to perform the RSA test in two conditions, with and without ball. Sprint time, fatigue index (FI) and percentage of decrement score of sprinting (Sdec) were analysed and compared between both protocols. Results showed that the sprint time without ball was significantly faster compared to sprint time with ball. Besides that, the FI and Sdec were shown to be significantly higher in with ball condition compared to without ball condition. The aim of this study was to determine and compare the effects of directions on the repeated sprint ability (RSA) with ball performance among university soccer players. Twenty soccer players representing a public university team compete in Malaysian Intervarsity tournament was recruited as study participants. Participants were assigned to two RSA tests with two different directions; i) Right-left-right (RLR) and ii) Left-right-left (LRL). Sprints time, fatigue index and strength of decrement score (Sdec) were compared between the two drills. Repeated measure analysis of variances (ANOVA) was conducted to determine the differences. Results showed no significant differences of were found for each sprints time and total time. However, FI and Sdec were found to be significantly lower during LRL. Future research is suggested to stress on the influences of ball controlling during the slides and turns at the markers on RSA performance...

Tujuan kajian ini adalah untuk menyiasat prestasi keupayaan pecut berulang (RSA) berasakna Modul Latihan To n Fro Zig Zag (TFZZ) antara pemain bola sepak universiti. Dua puluh empat pemain bola sepak yang mewakili sebuah universiti awam secara sukarela direkrut sebagai peserta kajian ini dan diminta untuk menjalani ujian RSA yang diubah suai yang mana melibatkan komponen perubahan arah. Peserta dikehendaki melaksanakan ujian RSA dalam dua keadaan, dengan dan tanpa bola. Masa pecutan, indeks keletihan (FI) dan peratusan skala penurunan pecutan (Sdec) dianalisis dan dibandingkan antara kedua-dua protokol. Keputusan menunjukkan bahawa masa pecut tanpa bola lebih cepat berbanding dengan pecut masa dengan bola. Selain itu, FI dan Sdec ditunjukkan lebih tinggi dengan bola berbanding tanpa bola. The study aims to measure the level of Emotional Intelligence (EI) on the College Student Council (CSC) Sultan Idris Education University (UPSI). Sample selection was conducted with a total of 180 members of the CSC consisting of 6 colleges namely Aminuddin Baki College (KAB), Za'aba College (KZ), Harun Aminurrashid College (KHAR), Ungku Omar College (KUO), Awang Had Salleh College (KAHS) and Campus Offshore Unit (UKLK) as respondents. This study uses survey and quasi-experimental methods. The research instrument is a set of questionnaire which consists of two sections, Part A on respondents' demographics and part B on Sofian Emotional Intelligence Inventory (SofiEII). Whereas for quasi-experiments using the application Encouragement of Emotional Intelligence Module (EeiM).
