This research aimed to investigate the adsorption of heavy metals and dyes using adsorbent and filter cartridge from kenaf bast fiber (KBF). This research was conducted in several stages starting with adsorption and characterization studies followed by production and evaluation of filter cartridge prototype. Adsorption was studied through removal of heavy metals (Cd, Cu, Ni, Pb and Zn) and dyes (Congo red, Methyl orange, Methylene blue and Rhodamine B.) in single- and multi-systems. The effects of experimental variables (solution pH, initial concentrations and adsorbent dosage) on adsorption of KBF were also assessed. The adsorption equilibrium was analyzed using Langmuir and Freundlich isotherm models. The main objective of this study is to examine the relationship between performance based pay management (i.e., communication and participation) and procedural justice. A survey methods were used to collect selfreport survey of employees in currier service company. The SmartPLS path model analysis revealed two main findings: first, communication was significantly correlated with procedural justice. Second, participation was significantly correlated with procedural justice. These findings demonstrate that the ability of managers to properly implement performance based pay management may invoke feelings of procedural justice among employees in the organization. This study aims to obtain information about: (1) differences in learning outcomes between students who study using the ARIAS learning model and students who learn using direct learning (DL); (2) differences in learning outcomes between students who have high creativity and students who have low creativity; and (3) whether the relationship between the use of learning models and learning outcomes in continental food processing is influenced by students' creativity. The purpose of this quantitative study was to evaluate the ability of interactional fairness as a mediator in the relationship between merit-based pay management (such as communication and performance assessment) and organizational commitment. A cross-sectional technique was used to collect 450 useable data of workers from a government-linked company (GLC), who had served more than five years in Selangor and Kuala Lumpur. The outcomes of the Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) path model analysis indicated three important findings. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk membangunkan Modul LINE Pro bagi topik Pengaturcaraan Linear berasaskan STEM dalam Matematik Tambahan Tingkatan 5 yang mempunyai kesahan yang memuaskan. Kajian ini meggunakan reka bentuk Kajian Pembangunan (Developmental Research Design) dengan melibatkan penggunaan model ADDIE. Proses kesahan modul telah dilaksanakan oleh tiga orang pakar iaitu tiga orang guru Matematik untuk menilai modul tersebut. Seterusnya, dengan menggunakan persampelan bertujuan, seramai 36 orang murid Tingkatan 5 daripada salah sebuah sekolah di Kuala Kangsar, Perak telah dipilih untuk menentukan kebolehgunaan modul dengan melengkapkan soal selidik kebolehgunaan modul.
