Pada era Society 5.0, penguasaan dalam bidang pendigitalan merupakan satu kemahiran yang wajib dikuasai oleh para pendidik. Hal ini kerana, pengajaran dan pembelajaran di sekolah tidak lagi terbatas pada pedagogi tetapi juga heutagogi, peeragogi dan cybergogi. Sehubungan itu, sebagai seorang Pembimbing Instruksional (SISC+) bukan sahaja memberi penekanan kepada membimbing guru terhadap Pembangunan Profesional (PP) guru di dalam bilik darjah mahupun perubahan kemahiran pedagogi yang lebih baik dalam pengajaran dan pembelajaran, malah Pembimbing Instruksional, SISC+ memberi penekanan ke atas amalan bimbingan berteraskan teknologi digital selaras dengan pendidikan masa kini mengikut landskap era Pendidikan 5.0. Rentetan daripada itu, kajian literatur ini dijalankan dengan pencarian artikel yang berkaitan "bimbingan instruktional" dan "teknologi digital" melalui capaian dalam pangkalan data seperti ERIC, ProQuest, Emerald dan Google Scholar. Bagi tujuan artikel ini, analisis dijalankan dan telah mengenalpasti tiga model bimbingan instruksional yang digunakan dalam kajian lepas iaitu Model Literasi Bimbingan oleh International Literacy Association (ILA); Model Bimbingan Instruksional Penyepaduan Teknologi; dan Model Bimbingan Instruksional berasaskan pendidikan digital. Dapatan ini memberi panduan kepada penyelidik untuk membuat penerokaan lanjut terhadap ketiga-tiga model tersebut bagi meningkatkan keberkesanan bimbingan instruksional dalam mengintegrasikan teknologi digital dalam pengajaran dan pembelajaran.
