Abstract : Perpustakaan Tuanku Bainun |
Kajian ini bertujuan mengenal pasti tahap kesediaan Guru Pendidikan Khas dalam
pelaksanaan Program Transisi Kerja (PTK) di sekolah menengah Negeri Perak. Kajian
kuantitatif berbentuk deskriptif dan inferensi dijalankan secara tinjauan menggunakan
instrumen soal selidik melibatkan responden seramai 185 orang guru dalam kawasan
kajian yang dipilih secara pensampelan kluster. Hasil dapatan kajian dianalisis secara
peratusan, min, sisihan piawai, ANOVA dan Ujian-t menggunakan Statistical Packages
for Social Sciences (SPSS) versi 25.0. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan tahap pengetahuan
(Min=3.74) dan tahap sikap (Min=3.74) adalah tinggi manakala tahap kemahiran
(Min=3.60) adalah sederhana. Secara keseluruhan tahap kesediaan guru dalam
pelaksanaan PTK di Negeri Perak adalah tinggi (Min=3.69). Seterusnya Ujian ANOVA
mendapati terdapat perbezaan yang signifikan (p |
