Abstract : Perpustakaan Tuanku Bainun
Kajian ini bertujuan menilai pengaruh kepimpinan pendidikan, konsepsi pentaksiran, sikap, dan pembangunan profesionalisme terhadap pelaksanaan amalan pentaksiran pensyarah. Selain itu, kajian juga mengenal pasti sikap dan pembangunan profesionalisme sebagai perantara antara kepimpinan pendidikan, konsepsi pentaksiran, dan amalan pentaksiran. Penyelidikan ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif berbentuk kaedah tinjauan yang diadaptasi serta diuji kesahan dan kebolehpercayaannya. Soal selidik berskala likert 10 digunakan keatas 382 orang pensyarah terpilih sebagai responden melalui teknik persampelan berperingkat. Data yang diperoleh kemudiannya dianalisis secara Analisis Deskriptif dengan menggunakan IBM SPSS versi 25.0 manakala Analisis Faktor Pengesahan dan Pemodelan Persamaan Berstruktur dengan menggunakan perisian IBM SPSS-AMOS versi 24.0. Analisis deskriptif menunjukkan penilaian responden terhadap aspek Sikap (min=8.44), Amalan Pentaksiran (min=7.92), Konsepsi Pentaksiran (min=7.53), Pembangunan Profesionalisme (min=7.94) dan Kepimpinan Pendidikan (min=7.04) adalah tinggi. Selain itu, dapatan statistik inferensi menunjukkan terdapat kesepadanan model berstruktur bagi kesemua faktor yang dinyatakan dengan data kajian (RMSEA = 0.078, CFI=0.94; TLI = 0.92, Chi-square/df = 2.51). Dapatan kajian juga telah menunjukkan wujud kesan pengaruh signifikan antara Sikap terhadap Amalan Pentaksiran (p < 0.02, _ = 0.23), Konsepsi Pentaksiran terhadap Sikap (p < 0.001, _ = 0.41), Kepimpinan Pendidikan terhadap Pembangunan Profesionalisme (p < 0.001, _ = 0.57), Pembangunan Profesionalisme terhadap sikap (p < 0.001, _ = 0.49) dan Pembangunan Profesionalisme terhadap Amalan Pentaksiran (p < 0.001, _ = 0.44). Selain itu, Sikap adalah perantara separa di antara Pembangunan Profesionalisme dan Amalan Pentaksiran, serta perantara penuh di antara Konsepsi Pentaksiran dan Amalan Pentaksiran. Manakala, Pembangunan Profesionalisme adalah perantara penuh di antara Kepimpinan Pendidikan dan Amalan Pentaksiran. Dapatan kajian ini dapat membantu pihak universiti mengambil inisiatif dengan memberi perhatian khusus terhadap faktor pengaruh yang dinyatakan dalam membantu pensyarah memantapkan amalan pentaksiran.
