Abstract : Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris |
Kajian ini mengkaji perapatan antara guru dan murid dengan memfokuskan kepada hubungan
perapatan guru dan murid terhadap tingkah laku moral murid, Dalam kajian ini, aspek perapatan
yang menjadi fokus kajian ialah aspek sikap dan tingkah laku guru yang melibatkan sikap dan
tindakan guru yang peduli, adil, peka terhadap keperluan murid, dan rnesra. Objektif kajian ini
adalah untuk mengenal pasti bentuk perapatan yang wujud dalam bilik darjah, melihat hubungan
yang wujud antara guru dengan murid terhadap tingkah laku moral murid, dan mengenal pasti
corak perapatan guru yang berbeza yang mempengaruhi tingkah laku moral murid. Kajian ini
menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif Data yang diperolehi dianalisis
menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif korelasi manakala data kuantitatif daripada temu bual
dianalisis bagi mengenal pasti corak perapatan yang wujud dalam bilik darjah. Seramai 71 orang
responden telah dipilih secara rawak di salah sebuah sekolah menengah di Daerah Jasin, Melaka.
Manakala peserta kajian temu bual pula dipilih secara bertujuan daripada sam pel kajian
kuantitatif Data dikutip menggunakan borang soal selidik dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan
statistik non-pararnetrik iaitu korelasi Spearman dan menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Dapatan
kajian menunjukkan bahawa aspek perapatan yang melibatkan sikap dan tingkah laku guru
peduli dan adil tidak mempunyai hubungan yang signifikan terhadap tingkah laku moral murid.
Manakala aspek sikap dan tingkah laku guru yang peka terhadap keperluan murid, dan guru yang
mesra didapati mempunyai hubungan yang signifikan terhadap tingkah laku moral murid. Bagi
dapatan temu bual pula, corak perapatan adalah jelas berdasarkan kepada pengulangan sikap dan
tindakan guru ketika proses pengajaran dan pembelajaran berlangsung. Manakala, bentuk
hubungan yang wujud dalam bilik darjah adalah berbentuk hubungan Iuas. Implikasi kajian ini
dilihat dapat dilihat daripada perspektif teoretikal dan praktis dalam matapelajaran Pendidikan
Moral di Malaysia. |
