Abstract : Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris
Kajian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan faktor orientasi strategik, kepimpinan transformasional dan sumber organisasi dengan prestasi aktiviti ekonomi masjid. Pengaruh faktor persekitaran organisasi sebagai pemboleh ubah pengantara turut diuji. Kerangka kerja kajian ini dibina berasaskan Teori Kontingensi yang diintegrasikan bersama Teori Resource Based View (RBV), Prinsip Pembangunan Ekonomi Islam dan Teori Kepimpinan Transformasional. Kajian kuantitatif ini menggunakan soal selidik yang telah dijawab oleh 134 orang wakil jawatankuasa kariah dari lima daerah di negeri Selangor. Data-data telah dikumpulkan berdasarkan kaedah persampelan kawasan (area sampling). Statistik deskriptif dan inferens iaitu Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) digunakan untuk menganalisis objektif kajian. Keputusan ujian hipotesis menunjukkan pemboleh ubah orientasi strategik dan sumber organisasi berhubung secara signifikan dengan prestasi bukan kewangan dengan nilai beta dan aras keertian masing-masing adalah β = 0.657, p < 0.05 dan β = 0.164, p < 0.05. Dapatan kajian ini juga menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan antara faktor persekitaran lokasi masjid dengan prestasi kewangan (β = 0.317, p < 0.05). Penemuan itu menyokong saranan Teori Kontingensi dan Teori RBV yang menjelaskan bahawa pencapaian prestasi aktiviti ekonomi masjid dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh kesepadanan antara faktor orientasi strategik, pelaburan sumbersumber masjid dan persekitaran lokasi masjid. Implikasi kajian menunjukkan pemerkasaan aktiviti ekonomi masjid boleh diperkukuhkan melalui amalan strategik organisasi. Oleh itu, kajian ini mencadangkan Model Pemerkasaan Ekonomi Masjid (MPEM) sebagai model pengukuhan aktiviti ekonomi masjid. Perlaksanaan aktiviti ekonomi masjid perlu dijalankan dengan kerangka pengurusan pendapatan, perbelanjaan dan pelaburan masjid. Selaras itu, MPEM sesuai dijadikan rangka tindakan para pentadbir masjid untuk memperkasa ekonomi masjid.
