Kajian ini dilakukan untuk melihat tahap kesihatan mental guru-guru Pendidikan Jasmani (PJ) di daerah Gombak semasa pandemic Covid -19. Seramai 124 orang guru PJ dipilih secara rawak untuk dijadikan sampel bagi kajian ini. Satu set soal selidik mengandungi tiga bahagian meliputi latar belakang responden, bahagian untuk mengukur tahap kesihatan mental menggunakan instrumen Depression, Anxiety and Stress Scale (DASS-21) dan satu bahagian menggunakan instrumen Global Physical Activity Questionnaire Malay Version (GPAQ-M) untuk mengukur tahap sedentari guru. Data kajian yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan Statistic Packages for Social Science (SPSS) melibatkan statistik deskriptif dan analisis inferensi. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan tahap kesihatan mental guru bagi subskala kemurungan berada di tahap normal, manakala tahap kebimbangan dan stress guru pula di tahap sederhana. Hasil kajian juga menunjukkan bahawa tahap sedentari mempunyai kaitan dengan subskala kebimbangan dan stress di mana terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan iaitu (r=0.322, p=0.000) bagi skala kebimbangan manakala, (r=0.240, p=0.007) bagi subskala stress. Walaubagaimanapun, tidak terdapat berbezaan yang signifikan di antara tahap sedentary dengan skala kemurungan. Secara kesimpulannya, tahap kesihatan mental guru PJ semasa pandemik Covid-19 adalah normal dan tidak membimbangkan.
