Abstract : Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris |
Kajian ini dijalankan bagi mengatasi masalah pelaksanaan program membaca yang
dalam kalangan komuniti melalui pembangunan garis panduan. Pendekatan Reka
Bentuk dan Pembangunan yang terdiri daripada fasa analisis keperluan, reka bentuk
dan pembangunan serta penilaian digunakan dalam penyelidikan ini. Sampel fasa
analisis keperluan terdiri daripada tujuh orang pakar menggunakan protokol temu bual
dan 30 dokumen sebagai alat kajian. Sejumlah 30 orang pakar terlibat dengan soal
selidik Fuzzy Delphi (FDM1 dan FDM 2) sementara lima orang pakar terlibat dengan
temu bual dalam fasa reka bentuk dan pembangunan. Terdapat 11 orang pakar terlibat
dengan temu bual dalam fasa penilaian. Data bagi temu bual dianalisis secara tematik
menggunakan ATLAS.ti 9 sementara buku rekod bacaan dianalisis secara diskriptif.
Data bagi soal selidik pula dianalisis menggunakan kaedah Fuzzy Delphi. Dapatan fasa
analisis keperluan menunjukkan kesepakatan pakar terhadap keperluan membangunkan
Garis Panduan Pelaksanaan Program Komuniti Membaca (GPPPKM). Dapatan fasa
reka bentuk dan pembangunan pula menunjukkan kesepakatan pakar terhadap konstruk
dan elemen bagi membangunkan GPPPKM iaitu memenuhi syarat nilai threshold lebih
kecil daripada 0.2 (d0.5). Proses defuzzification menunjukkan keutamaan konstruk
Komuniti (92%) yang dijadikan fokus kajian. Dapatan fasa penilaian menunjukkan
kesepakatan pakar terhadap kebolehgunaan garis panduan menggunakan aspek
teknologi, kebolehgunaan dan pelaksanaan. Kajian ini dapat mengatasi masalah
pelaksanaan program membaca serta membantu pelaksana Dasar Galakan Membaca
(DGM) melaksanakan aktiviti membaca dalam kalangan komuniti. Aplikasi GPPPKM
dalam komuniti memberi impak yang besar terhadap kegiatan membaca seterusnya
berupaya memupuk tabiat membaca dalam kalangan masyarakat Malaysia. |
