Abstract : Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris |
Kajian ini bertujuan membangun dan mengenal pasti tahap kebolehgunaan Conics
Representation Board (C-ReB) bagi topik Conics dalam kalangan pelajar Program
Matrikulasi Kementerian Pendidikan Malaysia. Kajian reka bentuk dan pembangunan
ini hanya melibatkan dua fasa iaitu fasa analisis keperluan dan fasa pembangunan.
Suatu kajian analisis keperluan dijalankan terhadap 96 orang pelajar program
matrikulasi bagi mengenal pasti topik kursus Matematik SM025 yang sesuai terhadap
penggunaan bahan manipulatif. Dapatan menunjukkan 77.1% bersetuju bahawa bahan
manipulatif sesuai digunakan dalam topik Conics. C-ReB dibangunkan berasaskan
kepada model ADDIE selain menerapkan Teori Konstruktivisme Lima Fasa Needham
serta berpandukan Spesifikasi Kurikulum Matematik Sains SM025. Instrumen yang
digunakan adalah soal selidik analisis keperluan (SSAK), borang penilaian pakar
(BPPC) dan soal selidik kebolehgunaan C-ReB (SSKC). Ketiga-tiga set soal selidik ini
dibuat kesahan oleh tiga orang pakar dan mendapat kesahan yang baik. Seterusnya CReB
dibangunkan dan dinilai oleh tujuh orang panel pakar. Indeks kesahan muka dan
kandungan yang diperoleh masing- masing adalah 0.93 dan 0.90. Pekali Cronbach’s
Alpha yang diperoleh bagi SSKC pula adalah 0.957. C-ReB diuji kebolehgunaannya
terhadap 31 orang pelajar. Data kemudiannya dianalisis secara deskriptif menggunakan
peratus, min dan sisihan piawai. Dapatan menunjukkan kebolehgunaan C-ReB adalah
baik dengan skor min bagi konstruk kebergunaan, mudah digunakan, mudah dipelajari
dan kepuasan masing-masing adalah 4.28, 4.15, 4.31 dan 4.42. Kesimpulannya, C-ReB
yang dibangunkan dalam kajian ini mempunyai kesahan yang baik dan tahap
kebolehgunaan yang tinggi dalam kalangan pelajar program matrikulasi. Implikasinya,
C-ReB memberi peluang kepada pelajar meneroka dan membina sendiri pengetahuan
topik Conics selain boleh melaksanakan aktiviti secara aktif melibatkan koordinasi
mata dan tangan. |
