Abstract : Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris
Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengenal pasti faktor-faktor yang menyumbang kepada amalan pengintegrasian teknologi maklumat dan komunikasi (ICT) dalam pengajaran dan pemudahcaraan (PdPc) guru Pendidikan Khas di sekolah daerah Kinta Utara, Ipoh. Objektif kajian adalah untuk menentukan hubungan kesediaan dan jumlah sumbangan integrasi ICT terhadap amalan penggunaan ICT dalam PdPc guru Pendidikan Khas. Model Pengetahuan Teknologi, Pedagogi dan Kandungan (TPACK) dan Teori Kognitif Sosial diguna pakai dalam kajian ini. Reka bentuk kuantitatif melalui kaedah tinjauan dan soal selidik telah digunakan. Kajian ini berlansung selama lapan minggu dengan menggunakan pensampelan bertujuan yang melibatkan 207 orang guru Pendidikan Khas di sekolah daerah Kinta Utara, Ipoh. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif, analisis inferensi korelasi dan regresi untuk mengkaji kesignifikan kajian. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan bahawa amalan pengintegrasian ICT dalam PdPc guru Pendidikan Khas adalah pada tahap yang sederhana (min= 3.08, sp= 0.707). Dapatan kajian juga menunjukkan matlamat integrasi ICT (p= 0.001), motivasi guru (p= 0.000), latihan pengintegrasian ICT (p= 0.003), kemahiran ICT (p= 0.000), sumber ICT (p=0.000) dan sokongan pentadbir (p= 0.001) adalah faktor yang signifikan mempengaruhi amalan pengintegrasian ICT dalam PdPc guru Pendidikan Khas. Kesimpulannya, analisis regresi membuktikan bahawa motivasi guru dan kemahiran ICT telah menyumbang 21.6% daripada variasi dalam pengintegrasian ICT dalam PdPc guru Pendidikan Khas. Kajian ini telah dapat menjelaskan faktor-faktor sebenar yang menyumbang kepada amalan pengintegrasian ICT dalam PdPc guru Pendidikan Khas. Dapatan kajian ini dapat dijadikan panduan oleh guru-guru, pentadbir sekolah serta pihak Kementerian Pendidikan Malaysia tentang kepentingan pengintegrasian ICT dalam PdPc. Malahan juga dijangka dapat menawarkan panduan konstruktif kepada pengubal dasar, KPM serta pihak berkepentingan lain untuk merencana pembangunan profesional keguruan dan seterusnya menggalakkan amalan mengintegrasikan ICT dalam PdPc.
