Abstract: The primary objective of this study is to explore the way Sangam people maintained a healthy lifestyle through their diet. This review is designed in qualitative approach. This review has adopted bibliographic approach. In this study, the people of the Sangam period protected themselves in a healthy way through their diet and advised the people of the country to follow the good habits. Through this research, the younger generation will protect themselves in a healthy way and the growing generation will also lead to a healthy life. The researcher asserts that this review is the first paper to examine the literary traditions in Sangha literature. |
