Abstrak: Pandemik COVID-19 memberi banyak kesan kepada prestasi guru, terutamanya semasa mereka mula mengajar dari rumah. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji hubungan antara motivasi kerja dan orientasi keusahawanan ke arah prestasi kerja guru dalam kalangan guru sekolah Tamil. Kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik persampelan bertujuan telah digunakan untuk mengumpul data daripada 214 orang responden dari sekolah Tamil di Malaysia. Soal selidik dalam talian digunakan sebagai instrumen penyelidikan. Data dianalisis menggunakan PLS-SEM dengan menggunakan perisian SmartPLS 4.0. Kajian itu mendedahkan bahawa motivasi kerja dan orientasi keusahawanan mempunyai kesan yang signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja guru di sekolah Tamil. Kajian ini memberi manfaat kepada Kementerian Pendidikan Malaysia, terutamanya bahagian latihan, pemimpin sekolah dan guru dalam meningkatkan kecekapan motivasi kerja dan orientasi keusahawanan mereka, yang dapat meningkatkan prestasi kerja guru di sekolah Tamil.
