Abstract: Barathidasan is a well-known social reformalist. His poems delivered numerous social thinking ideas. Due to it, this research investigated the social thinking ideas in Barathidasan poems and related current issues. Three main social thinking ideas such as caste refusal, women rights and abolition superstition beliefs were explained in this research. This research designed as qualitative research by using library research.
