Abstract : Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris
This research deals with the study of women as a symbol in the modern era as an isolated research and my plan for preparing it is to study women in a brief summary and the opinion of poets in them, as they represent similar women. Women have a place in society and a symbolism that raised their status and took from Nazik al-Malaika the voice that defends women and searches for their rights. What does it say to women, which is the feminine voice that expresses women’s poetry for women? As for the third research, it was about singing the qualities of the wife and the beloved, and the best example of singing and lamenting the wife, the poet Mahmoud Sami Al-Baroudi lamented his wife when he returned and found her dead. He was followed by the Iraqi poet Badr Shaker Al-Sayyab and his view of love and women and how he used to refer to the daughters of his village and sing about them. As for the poet Gibran Khalil Gibran, he symbolized women in a romantic way. Elia Abu Madi, where he sang about his beloved Lebanon, who overshadowed all his relationships and love, and his move to America was one of the reasons for his separation and his travel from Lebanon. In the fourth and final section, the Western study was introduced, where it found a special issue from Baudelaire’s view of women. He expressed women and depicted them in ugly images. Examples that he called metamorphosis and painted with make-up (and that they are natural, i.e. unpleasant, or reconsider everything that is natural, in all the actions and desires that It comes from a natural person and its solutions, you will not find anything in it except what is ugly and repulsive) meaning that the woman is ugly and that it is an unreal and distorted image. It is a group of opinions expressed by poets and poets about their view of women through women, and poets of women and the Western view of it, and each of these aspects had a special view that reflects the views of women’s direction. consider their own.
