Abstract : Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris
Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji hubungan kepimpinan transformasi pengetua dengan kepimpinan guru Sekolah Amanah di negeri Selangor. Pendekatan kuantitatif dengan reka bentuk tinjauan digunakan dalam kajian ini. Sampel kajian yang dipilih adalah seramai 205 orang guru sekolah menengah dari 404 orang guru sekolah menengah Sekolah Amanah dari seluruh negeri Selangor. Kajian pengumpulan data bagi kajian ini adalah dengan menggunakan soal selidik. Instrumen kajian ini telah diadaptasi daripada Multi Factor Leadership Questionnaire (MLQ) dan Teacher Leadership Inventory (TLI). Hasil dapatan kajian menunjukkan tahap kepimpinan transformasi pengetua (min = 3.35) dan tahap kepimpinan guru (min = 3.33) berada di tahap sederhana. Analisis ANOVA sehala menunjukkan tidak terdapat perbezaan antara faktor tempoh perkhidmatan guru: (F = 1.54, p = 0.19) terhadap tahap kepimpinan guru Sekolah Amanah. Analisis korelasi Pearson menunjukkan hubungan signifikan yang positif antara kedua-dua pemboleh ubah ( r = 0.65, p < 0.05). Kesimpulannya, kepimpinan transformasi pengetua terbukti mempunyai hubungan dengan kepimpinan guru Sekolah Amanah. Implikasi kajian memberi kesedaran kepada pihak berkepentingan bahawa pemimpin sekolah perlu memperkasakan gaya kepimpinan transformasi agar kualiti kepimpinan guru dapat dipertingkatkan.
