Abstract :
Kuantiti Pesanan Ekonomi (EOQ) merupakan salah satu konsep yang sukar difahami oleh kebanyakan pelajar kerana belum terdedah dengan persekitaran kerja. Artikel ini membincangkan teknik pengajaran EOQ dengan menggunakan kaedah pembelajaran pengalaman untuk meningkatkan pemahaman pelajar melalui modul O-Pizza sebagai analogi. Analogi ini dipilih kerana ianya lebih dekat dan dikenali oleh pelajar. Di samping itu, satu analisa data ringkas menggunakan Ujian U Mann-Whitney telah dijalankan untuk membandingkan keputusan peperiksaan, khususnya bagi soalan berkaitan EOQ. Peserta kajian terdiri daripada para pelajar daripada dua kumpulan; satu kumpulan diajar menggunakan O-Pizza, manakala satu lagi menggunakan kaedah pengajaran biasa. Keputusan analisa data menunjukkan bahawa sampel kumpulan yang menggunakan O-Pizza mendapat min markah yang lebih tinggi berbanding kumpulan yang menggunakan kaedah biasa. Dapatan ini mengisyaratkan kaedah pembelajaran pengalaman melalui modul O-Pizza boleh diperluaskan penggunaanya untuk membantu meningkatkan kefahaman para pelajar dalam topik EOQ.
