Abstract : Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris |
Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji hubungan antara amalan organisasi pembelajaran
dengan kepimpinan guru Sekolah Kebangsaan Berprestasi Tinggi Daerah Petaling di
negeri Selangor. Pendekatan kuantitatif dengan reka bentuk tinjauan digunakan dalam
kajian ini. Sampel kajian yang dipilih adalah seramai 200 orang guru Sekolah
Kebangsaan Berprestasi Tinggi Daerah Petaling, Selangor. Pemilihan sampel kajian
ini adalah menggunakan teknik pensampelan rawak mudah. Pengumpulan data bagi
kajian ini adalah dengan menggunakan soal selidik. Instrumen kajian ini telah
diadaptasi daripada Learning Organization Questionnaire for School (LOQS) dan
Teacher Leadership Inventory (TLI). Dapatan kajian menunjukkan tahap amalan
organisasi pembelajaran (min = 4.27, SP = 0.27) dan tahap kepimpinan guru (min =
4.42, SP = 0.35) berada di tahap tinggi. Analisis korelasi Pearson menunjukkan
terdapatnya hubungan positif yang signifikan pada tahap amat kuat antara kedua-dua
pemboleh ubah ( r = 0.79, p < 0.01). Kesimpulannya, kajian telah menunjukkan
amalan organisasi pembelajaran mempunyai hubungan yang amat kuat dengan
kepimpinan guru. Implikasi kajian menunjukkan organisasi pembelajaran boleh
meningkatkan kepimpinan guru dan sesuai dipraktikkan oleh semua sekolah. |
