Abstract : Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris |
Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengenal pasti strategi dan proses pelaksanaan strategi
kemahiran bertutur pengajaran bahasa Melayu secara bersemuka dan dalam talian yang
digunakan oleh guru sekolah menengah kebangsaan di negeri Sembilan dan Perlis. Tiga
orang guru Bahasa Melayu dipilih sebagai peserta kajian berdasarkan usia dan
pengalaman yang berbeza. Kajian kualitatif dengan reka bentuk kajian kes digunakan
sebagai metadologi kajian. Data kajian dikumpul menggunakan kaedah pemerhatian
melalui rakaman audio PdPc dan PdPr, temu bual serta analisis kandungan. Data
ditranskrip, dikenal pasti, dijelaskan, dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan Nvivo10 dan
dapatan kajian dilaporkan dalam dua bahagian iaitu pengajaran bersemuka dan dalam
talian berdasarkan soalan kajian. Dalam penulisan analisis kajian, penyelidik
berpandukan model pengajaran TPACK, Teori Connectivism dan Teori
Interaksionalisme. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan empat strategi utama dalam kemahiran
bertutur iaitu strategi pengajaran berpusatkan murid, strategi pengajaran berpusatkan
bahan, strategi pengajaran berpusatkan guru dan strategi pengajaran berpusatkan
tugasan. Selain itu, dapatan juga menunjukkan empat proses pelaksanaan pengajaran
kemahiran bertutur iaitu pemilihan Bahan Bantu Mengajar (BBM), fasa induksi, fasa
perkembangan iaitu aktiviti pengajaran dan fasa refleksi. Kesimpulannya, kajian ini
memperlihatkan kepelbagaian strategi yang digunakan secara bersemuka dan dalam
talian yang boleh diaplikasikan oleh guru untuk membantu proses pelaksanaan PdP
menjadi lebih baik. Implikasinya kajian ini dapat menjadi panduan pemilihan strategi
dan proses pengajaran secara bersemuka dan dalam talian yang lebih berfokus dan
bersifat holistik. |
