Abstract : Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris
Tujuan kajian ini adalah untuk mengkaji pengaruh amalan kepimpinan distributif pengetua terhadap komitmen organisasi guru dan hubungan antara amalan kepimpinan distributif pengetua dengan komitmen organisasi guru. Kajian ini direkabentuk sebagai satu kajian kuantatif secara tinjauan menggunakan soal selidik untuk mendapatkan maklumat. Kajian ini melibatkan 297 orang guru dari 15 buah sekolah menengah kebangsaan di daerah Kuala Selangor dengan populasi guru seramai 1278 orang. Kaedah persampelan rawak sistematik telah digunakan untuk memilih sampel kajian. Analisis statistik deskriptif dan inferensi digunakan untuk menganalisis data yang diperoleh. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan tahap amalan kepimpinan distributif pengetua pada tahap yang tinggi (min = 4.17, SP = .710) dan komitmen organisasi guru juga berada pada tahap yang tinggi (min = 3.91, SP = .703). Berdasarkan analisis korelasi Pearson, terdapat hubungan yang signifikan pada tahap sederhana antara amalan kepimpinan distributif pengetua dengan komitmen organisasi guru (r = .571**, p = 0.001< .05). Ujian regresi linear mudah pula menunjukkan amalan kepimpinan distributif pengetua mempengaruhi komitmen organisasi guru sebanyak 32.6% (R2 = .326). Kesimpulan kajian ini menunjukkan amalan kepimpinan distributif pengetua mempunyai pengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi guru. Implikasi kajian ini menunjukkan bahawa penerapan amalan kepimpinan distributif pengetua di sekolah dapat meningkatkan komitmen organisasi guru seterusnya dapat membuktikan inisiatif yang diperkenalkan dalam PPPM 2013- 2025 iaitu pemerkasaan kepimpinan sekolah melalui amalan kepimpinan distributif dapat dicapai.
