Kajian ini dilaksanakan bertujuan untuk membangunkan Modul Pengajaran IQ-Nutri 5E bagi
topik Nutrisi Sains Tingkatan 2 dan menilai kebolehgunaannya dalam kalangan guru pelatih
Sains di UPSI berdasarkan empat sub konstruk iaitu kebergunaan, mudah diguna, mudah
dipelajari dan juga kepuasan. Reka bentuk kajian ini ialah kajian Pembangunan dan
dibangunkan berpandukan model ADDIE dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang mempunyai lima
fasa iaitu fasa analisis, reka bentuk, pembangunan, pelaksanaan dan juga fasa penilaian.
Terdapat dua instrumen kajian yang digunakan dalam kajian ini untuk menilai kesahan dan
kebolehgunaan modul iaitu borang kesahan muka dan kandungan modul pengajaran IQ-Nutri
5E dan juga soal selidik kebolehgunaan modul pengajaran IQ-Nutri 5E. Seramai 113 orang
guru pelatih dalam jurusan Ijazah Sarjana Muda Pendidikan (Sains) dengan Kepujian daripada
Semester 6 dan 7 yang terlibat dalam sampel sebenar kajian. Teknik persampelan yang
digunakan adalah teknik pensampelan rawak mudah. Hasil daripada analisis yang telah
dilakukan menunjukkan pertama sekali melalui kesahan oleh pakar ialah modul IQ-Nutri 5E
yang dibangunkan adalah baik dan tahap kebolehgunaan yang tinggi dengan skor min 3.70
menunjukkan interpretasi min pada tahap yang tinggi. Kesimpulannya, modul IQ-Nutri 5E ini
adalah sesuai dan boleh digunakan bagi memenuhi standard kandungan dalam topik Nutrisi.
Kesannya, kajian yang dijalankan ini dapat membantu guru-guru khususnya dalam sesi
pembelajaran dan pemudahcaraan sebagai panduan di dalam kelas kerana mengandungi
pendekatan inkuiri dalam aktiviti-aktiviti yang ada dalam modul seperti bercucuk tanam dan
modul IQ-Nutri 5E ini juga dibina dengan teratur berpandukan model 5E.
